Εξαιρετικά
Pros:

Μπορώ να πω πολλά θετικά πράγματα για το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο.
Η τοποθεσία είναι άψογη — πραγματικά βρίσκεσαι στην καρδιά του Μιλάνου. Όλα τα αξιοθέατα είναι γύρω από το ξενοδοχείο και δεν χρειάζεται κανένα μέσο για να μετακινηθείς. Σε 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια βρίσκεσαι όπου θέλεις: Duomo, Piazza Castello, Piazza della Scala, Brera και Via Montenapoleone. Εμείς ήμασταν με ένα παιδάκι 5 ετών και πήγαμε παντού με τα πόδια.

Το κατάλυμα είναι πεντακάθαρο και το προσωπικό εξαιρετικό. Τα κορίτσια στην καθαριότητα και στο πρωινό, καθώς και τα παιδιά στο bar, ήταν όλοι ευγενέστατοι.

Το δωμάτιό μας ήταν μεγάλο, άνετο και καθαρό. Καθημερινά γινόταν καθαριότητα και αλλαγή πετσετών.

Το πρωινό σερβίρεται σε έναν μικρό αλλά προσεγμένο χώρο, με αρκετές επιλογές και συνεχή ανανέωση με φρέσκα προϊόντα.

Μας άρεσε πάρα πολύ και σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά.

Cons:

Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι ότι το check-out γίνεται στις 11:00 το πρωί. Ίσως έχουμε συνηθίσει στα περισσότερα ξενοδοχεία που είναι γύρω στις 12:00, αλλά το γνωρίζαμε από την αρχή.

Location and spacious room for the 3 of us that stayed!

Excelente ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable, el desayuno muy completo y las chicas que asisten durante el desayuno, amorosas. La habitación muy limpia y el happy hour viene bien después de caminar mucho.

Cons:

A pesar de haber enviado los datos del vehículo con mucha anticipación no lo habían registrado ni reservado el espacio en el estacionamiento. Al regresar luego de pasear seguían sin registrarlo. Nuestro proceso de check in no fue precisamente memorable. El check out, contrariamente estuvo muy bien. Es la tercera vez que nos alojamos en el hotel y el incremento de precio no se justifica.

Best value for money
Pros:

Refursbished and spacious rooms. Very clean. Polite stuff. Very central but not busy location. Exceptional variety and quality breakfast included.

The property is great and lovely but the staff make the experience less than ideal, surprising given the amount we have
Pros:

Great large rooms, clean bathrooms and very central location.

Cons:

Staff was rude. My room was not cleaned because the cleaner misunderstood me (she only speaks Italian and I speak English) and the staff blamed me for not communicating properly. My air conditioner wasn’t working and the staff claimed that it works only mid April. It was working just fine in my parents room and no one came to repair mine. Server at breakfast was rude and dismissiive.

Everything is great. For the first time I encountered a situation where water and soft drinks in the minibar are free and replenished daily. Also, the first cocktail in the hotel bar during happy hours is free.
Bed is very comfortable.
