Super poloha,zadarmo denne doplneny minibar s nealkom. Hygienicke potreby dokonca obsahovali aj zubnu kefku a pastu. Personal mal stale usmev na tvari. Isto sa sem vratime, boli sme spokojni.

Шикарный кофе на завтрак, Алла, спасибо огромное, запоминает предпочтения каждого с одного раза. Всей нашей группе отель понравился во всех отношениях: расположение, качество сервиса, завтраки, мебель и оснащенность. Звукоизоляция - супер!

Нас несколько человек группа проживали и все только в восторге, не нашли изъянов.
Pros:

Отличное месторасположение - рядом несколько станций метро, все основные достопримечательности (Дуома, Замок, Парк, Театры, Галлерея, Торговые центры и Променад бутиков) в шаговой доступности (пешком 3-5 минут); Сервис- качественный, на нескольких языках говорящий персонал; качественная еда на завтраке; Алла - супер менеджер ресторана!!! Предугадывает желания гостей и создаёт комфорт, только ради Аллы можно возвращаться в эту гостиницу как к себе друзьям!!! Звукоизоляция - шикарная!!! Матрас и все принадлежности в номере - качественные! Напитки (вода и Cola) в качестве комплимента - неожиданно приятно! За авокадо и семгу, пармезан и йогурты, овощной гриль, круассан и тд на завтраке спасибо, за великолепный кофе, приготовленный Аллой - отдельный респект!

Всё чисто, номер большой, от центра 5 минут пешком. Завтрак отличный, разнообразный, есть всё от яиц до маракуи и дынь, авокадо, сыры, колбасы, хамон, йогурты, актимель и тд, короче позавтракали вкусно и плотно, девочки на кухне волшебницы, особое спасибо Анне которая очень внимательна к каждому гостю.

Un vrai moment de détente au cœur de Milan
Pros:

A notre arrivée, nous avons été surclassés dans la suite Galleria. La baignoire jacuzzi de la suite est très agréable, la literie est confortable.
L'hôtel est idéalement situé, et les chambres sont silencieuses.
La boisson offerte le soir est un vrai plus.
Le personnel est très sympathique.
Nous recommandons sans réserve !

Rien, tout était très bien !
Suggestions d'améliorations : de l'après-shampoing en plus du shampoing, et une coupelle pour le savon solide.

С момента бронирования качество сервиса: связь с отелем, месторасположение (центр, в шаговой доступности все основные достопримечательности, в 3-х минутах ходьбы станция метро, в 20 ти шагах трамвайная остановка, тишина, комфорт, качественные продукты на завтрак (есть всё необходимое для сытного завтрака и бодрости), обслуживающий персонал на завтраке и горничные - профессионалы своего дела, предугадывающие все пожелания гостей, удобная мебель, матрас, комфортный температурный режим в комнатах, правильного размера полотенца, гигиенические принадлежности качественные, напитки и вода при заселении в качестве комплимента приятно удивили. Благодарны, рекомендую, сами тоже вернемся еще не раз.
