The hotel should not put guests in rooms that have black mold.
Pros:

The hotel is going through renovations. The entrance is nice and looks like it has recently been redone.

Cons:

Not all rooms have been renovated. We were put in a basement room that had black mold in a couple locations. We tried to change rooms but they had nothing available. As a result we decided to leave and stay at another hotel. We requested a refund since we had only been in the room for two hours (while we figured out where to go for the night) and they did not want to give us a full refund. They refunded us half of the fee for the night.

Hôtel très bien placé , place de parking pour les clients en plein centre de Tirana .
Chambre propre et spacieuse
Lit bébé demandé et installé
Très bon petit dej
Personnel disponible

Cons:

2 petits dej alors que la réservation de la chambre était de 2 adultes et 1 enfant
Salle de bain un peu petite, si on se douche , on va au toilette les pieds dans l’eau .

Würde nicht nochmal in dem Hotel übernachten

Cons:

Es hat 4 Nächte gedauert bis verstanden wurde, dass meine Reisebegleitung sich vegan ernährt und ein entsprechendes Frühstück wünscht. Es gibt mein Buffet, man bekommt etwas, ohne das nach Präferenzen gefragt wurde.

Ein Mitarbeiter sprach sehr undeutlich und hat auch nicht gut zugehört, leider war dieser die meiste Zeit da.

Es war sehr laut im Zimmer. An den äußeren Fensterläden fehlten Teile, so dass eine komplette Abdunklung nicht möglich war.

Die Dusche hatte keinerlei richtige Abtrennung am Boden, so dass das gesamte Bad beim Duschen überflutet wurde.

The best things about the hotel are its staff and proximity to the main square.
Pros:

The staff were absolutely lovely and really helpful. Our bedroom was nice and large and there was a balcony. The hotel was less than a 10 minute walk to the main square.

Cons:

The bathroom was absolutely tiny and flooded every time somebody had a shower so after breakfast you couldn't go back in there without having to take shoes, socks, trousers etc off. There was also no spare toilet roll and our shower gel ran out so we had to ask for more.

Breakfast wasn't a buffet and pretty much the same things were served every day.

The road the hotel is on was quite noisy at night (lots of shouting outside) even with the windows/balcony doors shut.

Für eine oder zwei Nächte okay aber nicht länger (wir waren 4 Nächte)

Zentrale Lage,
Nette und schöne Einrichtung
Personal war nett

Cons:

Das frühstück, war sehr einseitig, jeden Tag das selbe wurde serviert (das war nicht unsers auch was auf den Teller kam nicht).
Die Zimmer sind klein und das Hotel ist auch klein.
Das Bad ist während des Duschen sofort überflutet.

Cons:

Abbiamo ricevuto una camera piccolissima, il bagno era piena di muffa e sul materasso si affondava. Dopo aver segnalato il problema del materasso ci hanno cambiato la camera ma la questione muffa nel bagno era presente anche nell’altra camera.
La colazione un po’ scadente, niente latte, niente biscotti e cioccolata
