Un hôtel très agréable
Pros:

Emplacement top, pas loin du centre à pieds, le petit déjeuner était délicieux, et la chambre très agréable. Super décoration dans l'hôtel, de très bon gout.

Pros:

Zeer leuke ruime en schone kamer. Ligging is op loopafstand van centrum en parkeergarage is echt fijn in hart van de stad. Fijn dat we de auto nog 2 uur na uitshecken konden laten staan.

Cons:

Badkamer is echt klein en zwembad als je gedoucht hebt! Ontbijt was niet slecht maar gegrilde groente in de ochtend niet ons ding. Brood was hard.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

Die Lage ist unschlagbar! Mitten im Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig. Man kann sein Auto in der Tiefgarage des Hotels sicher unterbringen und Tirana zu Fuß erkunden. Unser Zimmer hielt was es versprach, es war klein, aber sehr sauber.

Cons:

Das Äußere des Hotels sieht im Vergleich zum Inneren eher schäbig aus. Aber dafür ist es von innen sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich wohl.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. Ambiente pulito, curato e molto accogliente. Lo staff è stato sempre disponibile, e gentile.La camera era confortevole e dotata di tutto il necessario. Ottima anche la posizione della struttura, comoda per spostarsi e visitare la zona..Consiglio assolutamente questa struttura a chiunque cerchi qualità, tranquillità e un servizio di alto livello

Pros:

Hotel avec parking situé à 10 minutes a pied de la place Skanderbeg.
Chambre propre, salle de bain petite avec siphon au centre de la pièce ce qui mouille l'intégralité du sol de la salle de bain/wc.

Cons:

Suite à l’avancement de notre vol retour tôt le matin, nous avons sollicité l’annulation de notre réservation qui nous a été refusée — ce que je peux entendre.
Cependant, partant avant l’ouverture du petit déjeuner (7h30), nous n’avons pas pu en bénéficier, et le personnel n a pas voulu nous accorder le remboursement de celui-ci, ni trouver de solution alternative (comme un panier à emporter).
Je reste donc déçu de la gestion de cette situation et mecontent par le manque de flexibilité et de considération dans la gestion de notre réservation.
