Cons:

Resepsiyonda çalışan gözlüklü genç korkunç kaba, terbiyesiz ve saygısız idi. Sanki müşteri olan o personel olan biz idik. DİĞER çalışan Filipinli arkadaşta bir o kadar kibar ve saygılıydı.Servis berbattı, rezervasyonları göremediği için 45 dk kadar bekletti, 3 oda için rezervasyon yaptık, 1 i yerin dibinde camsız bir oda idi ve diğerleri ile aynı ücreti aldılar.Otelden kaçarak çıktık, kimseye tavsiye etmiyoruz

Super Hotel!
Pros:

Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Danke vor allem an Gil. :-)

Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen und es gab extrem guten Kaffee.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, um das Zentrum zu Fuß zu erkunden.

Parken kann man kostenlos in einer Tiefgarage gegenüber vom Hotel.

Cons:

Das Mobiliar in den Zimmern müsste erneuert werden, vor allem im Bad (alter Duschkopf).

Sobald man duscht, wird das gesamte Bad überflutet.

Disappointing. Booking . Com should warn people about this hotel rip off
Pros:

Didn’t enjoy the breakfast but the coffee was good

Cons:

Staff didn’t seem to understand hospitality industry. Bookings were not clear and my final night booking was cancelled just before I returned for my final night leaving me to suddenly find new accommodation. They also took 20 euros airport taxi bookiing fee from me which has not been refunded.

Disappointed
Pros:

The hotel is in a reasonable location in a residential area, but unfortunately that's where the positives end.
The rooms are an average size, however the bathrooms are extremely small and the shower floods the entire bathroom floor every time it's used.
Breakfast is very basic with very limited choices.
The biggest disappointment was the customer service. The male staff member was unfriendly, lacked basic people skills, and made us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than paying guests.
To make matters worse, the air conditioning in our first room didn't work. Although we were eventually moved to another room the following day, this should have been checked before guests arrived. The female staff members were very friendly.

I recommend looking at other hotels

Pros:

Cute hotel interior, good location. Good breakfast. You need to ask the receptionist to open the parking garage which is located a few steps away from the hotel.

Posizione buona per girare la città. Comodo e gratuito parcheggio per auto.

Camera e bagno molto piccoli. Ottimo per camera di passaggio, no per periodi più lunghi.

Extremely disappointing stay
Pros:

The location was fine and one of the rooms was nicely decorated.

Cons:

One of the 2 rooms was smelly, dark and very small. Showers in both rooms were plugged so much so that the whole bathroom was flooded even after a short shower.
The staff was not friendly and communication was very difficult as they didn't speak much English. They didn't seem too interested in anything we told them.

La struttura è molto accogliente. Ha una buona posizione per visitare la città.

Cons:

Lo staff è professionale, ma niente di più. Chi lavora alla reception dovrebbe sapere che un saluto dovrebbe essere accompagnato anche da un sorriso. Peccato perché per il resto non ho nulla da dire.
