We were checked in late, while we watched seven others checked in on time.
Pros:

The location being adjacent to the mall and restaurants was the best.

Cons:

The pool wasn’t heated, which is why we chose the hotel in the first place.

The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. The location is super nice being so close to some shops, food, ect.

Cons:

It took 45 minutes to check in!
There was a dirty diaper in the bathroom garbage can and the carpet wasn’t vacuumed thoroughly.

Great stay, comfortable, and the a/c definitely worked amazingly due to the hot weather that weekend. I’ll be back.
Pros:

Location was great. And it was very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

We stayed during a youth baseball tournament weekend. A little busy with lots going on inside the building.

The location was good and nice that they had an indoor pool to use

Cons:

I got double charged at this hotel the staff needs better training. It’s been over a month and still haven’t recieved the money back.

Excellent location,clean,quiet,friendly staff.
Pros:

Our room was ready early! They exceeded all of our expectations. We always stay here and will continue to do so for our weekend getaways. I believe the young man's name was Terrin that checked us in and is an amazing asset for this company. He is friendly, genuine and caring!

Wish I had search for a better, cheaper hotel
Pros:

Breakfast okay, location okay, bed too close to wall, hard to get in and out, no coffee in room, elevator slow for only 4 floors, a little noisy, very high rate

Cons:

Change the room layout so you don’t have to hug the wall to get out of bed, coffee in room, fix elevator, room rate should match the amenities which in this hotel were limited

Great place for the price
Pros:

Convenient location, clean, good breakfast, friendly and easy check-in.

Cons:

Only possible gripe is the pool was colder than any other hotel I've been in before, but didn't bother my daughter.
