Great place for the price
Pros:

Convenient location, clean, good breakfast, friendly and easy check-in.

Cons:

Only possible gripe is the pool was colder than any other hotel I've been in before, but didn't bother my daughter.

Pros:

Good location and beds were decent.

Cons:

Very dirty. Like sticky floors and hair in the bathroom and overflowing trash cans out front. One of the staff had commandeered the pool with his teenagers such that none of the guests who came down with their kids to swim could safely be in the pool (lots of roughhousing and throwing balls, etc., all of which was against the posted rules.). I’ve stayed in this hotel at least 6 times over the years but won’t be back.

Perfect for an unexpected stop while trying to get home.

The tv picture kept glitching out, but we were also in a high wind storm.

Overall clean and quiet location.

Cons:

The counter mirror in the bathroom was full of hair shavings, and our sink didn't drain. The breakfast was out of both eggs and meats both days.

Late check in, bad pool experience, then no advertised breakfast in morning

Cons:

The room wasn’t ready at 3:00 pm, had to wait in lobby until 3:40 pm, we live in the area and were there for our grandchildren to swim, immediately went to the pool and couldn’t get in with our key card, a person at the front desk finally let us in after waiting for another 10 minutes, then to find out the water was quite cold but made due, we needed to use the hide a bed, that’s why we purchased the queen suite and there wasn’t bedding for it, the front desk after calling did bring bedding and extra towels since we only had 3 to begin with.
In the morning we all went down for breakfast and there was very little left for food, when we asked the front desk about the problem, she couldn’t find the person that was supposed to supply the breakfast and couldn’t reach the manager either to give her support.
Very disappointed in the service and shortage of staff and was not a good experience, I have a different view of holiday inn express, which we have always relied on
