Die nahe Lage zum Flughafen.

Cons:

Für die Nutzung des kostenlosen WLAN wird man in das Membership Programm genötigt.
Für den Flughafen-Shuttle muss man sehr viele persönliche Daten angeben, nur um dann beim Check-In diese nochmal anzugeben.
Der Geldautomat in der Lobby hat einen extrem schlechten Wechselkurs und verlangt dazu noch sehr hohe Gebühren.

Perfect for my limited needs - a comfortable bed after a late night arrival.
Pros:

The bed was extremely comfortable - soft linens and selection of pillow firmnesses. Wish I hadn’t had to get up so early.

The front desk staff were very helpful, I had an unfortunate disagreement over cab fare with the driver who brought me from the airport and sought the help of the woman on duty (11:30 pm). She intervened and took care of it.

Great place to stay near the airport.
Pros:

Good breakfast and very helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Practical shuttle to and from the airport. Very convenient.

Cons:

A little expensive compared to other hotels near by with comparable comfort and quality.

Pros:

The pool was so warm, which was such a nice change rather than cold pools. The beds were very comfortable, the room was very clean and spacious.

Cons:

There was not water, coffee or tea available for guests. It would have been nice not to have to run up to the 2nd floor fitness center for water during check out. Water to purchase at checkout was $3 which is priced way too high.. I'm also not sure why breakfast wasn't included in a room that cost $433 for one night stay.

Pros:

The hotel was conveniently located close to the airport and offered free onsite parking. The room was spacious and well equipped with a fridge, coffee maker and hairdryer. The gym facilities were a welcome addition, and the ice and vending machines on multiple floors were very convenient. There was also an onsite restaurant, and check-in and check-out were straightforward thanks to the friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

The swimming pool was extremely busy during our stay, making it difficult to fully enjoy the facilities. The bath was also quite small and may not suit guests looking for a more spacious bathroom.

Unexpected Towel Charge
Pros:

We stayed at Holiday Inn & Suites Calgary Airport North from May 22 to May 24 before leaving Calgary.

After checking out, I noticed that I was charged an additional $10 for a "dirty towel." This charge was very surprising to us. We contacted the hotel and asked for clarification, including what type of stain was found and whether any evidence or photos could be provided. So far, we have not received a clear explanation.

We are senior travelers and only stayed at the hotel for sleeping and breakfast. We used the towels only after taking showers and did not use any makeup products, hair dyes, shoe polish, or anything else that could reasonably cause permanent stains. Most of our meals were eaten outside the hotel, except for the breakfast buffet.

Without any evidence or explanation, it is difficult for us to understand why this charge was applied. We believe that guests should be informed of the specific reason for any damage or cleaning fee and be provided with supporting evidence when requested.

We have otherwise found the hotel comfortable and conveniently located, but this experience has left us disappointed. We hope management will review this matter and provide a proper explanation or reconsider the charge.

Does what it says on the tin.
Pros:

Standard Airport Hotel nothing particularly impressive, I did however get an upgrade as a Diamond Member or was it cos I complained not sure.

All correspondence was done with the GM. Would I stay again - prob not.
