Consider sleeping on the sidewalk. Cok kotu!
Pros:

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Me and my wife had to stay there on our wedding night. We arrived at the hotel at around 12:30 am, feeling exhausted rushing out of our wedding ceremony all we needed was a good night sleep since we would be driving 4 hours back home in the morning. Well of course we couldn't have guessed that the worst voice we had heard so far would be singing at a never ending party upstairs in the "bar" or a turkish-pavillion I could say; if you know what I mean. We called the receptionist; the screamer persisted then we called the police; the screamer kept going and it was 02:00 am and it wasn't before I walked up to the bar and plugged this screaming fella' off only then he stopped. I was pushed around by the staff and insulted. Believe me when I say, it's the worst place to stay in Bandirma and this is coming from a Bandirma-n of 19 years. Seriuosly consider sleeping in your car or something if this place turns out to be your only choice.

No need to worry - you won't be disappointed
Pros:

It's not easy to find many good hotels around Bandirma. Perama is one of the newest hotels. Rooms are very large. Ours was actually as big as two standard rooms. Very good solution for families. Furniture is great. Two TVs, two split ACs, spacious bathroom. It's like a house almost! Brakfasts are very rich too.
