A decent place to lay your head over night.
Pros:

Decent parking. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location. Not expensive.

Cons:

Room was very small with a pull down bed. Coffee and tea facilities were very limited. Right under a flight path for Luton without any means to mitigate. Room very warm.

Great hotel and very friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

The food was absolutely fantastic and the staff were very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

There was no air conditioning but they did give us up a fan. So that really helped.

Pros:

Always clean and tidy, staff always smiling and welcoming, the roomds are always clean.

Cons:

Sadly because some residents didnt want breakfast, they decided there would be no breakfast at all, not even the option of continental!

I won’t be going back .

The staff were awesome.

Cons:

Went into the room and found 5 empty water bottles in cupboard, a stained pillow, the safe didn’t work, the car park is a nightmare, didn’t realise we were on flight path to Luton airport, so was very very noisy even at 1am, was told on check in breakfast was between 6 and 8 am, but later found out it’s until 9am.

Pros:

Overnight staff making check in at any time possible. Staff were extremely nice and helpful.

Cons:

Noisy. Had to go and find towels for the bathroom which did not look too clean.

Pros:

The staff were friendly always available. nice varied bar. food excellent made from beginning. pleasant restaurant very hot inside the hotel. very clean and a modern twist to the hotel. upon request we were given a fan. car park small but decent.

Cons:

very small room. lack of space and facilities. one plug was broken and not much storage space. one bulb was out. you had to slam door too make sure it was shut not good in the middle of the night. very hot room. on the first morning cooked breakfast was cold and not nice very soggy. could be more choices given also.

Very disappointing stay: no hot water in either room, poor response from staff, and no refund or reply to my complaint s

Cons:

Very disappointing stay. We paid £118 for two rooms, but neither had hot water. Despite reporting it several times, we were only told the boiler had been reset and that the water would warm up, but it never did.

We arrived late after a long drive and had to wake at 5am, so this had a real impact on our stay. My son and his friend had cold showers at nearly 1am, while I could only manage a quick wash.

There was no apology, alternative solution or compensation offered. I have requested a refund but have had no response so far.
