Chosen because of location and reasonable price
Parking spaces and lighting of the parking area could be improved.
We got a reasonable price as just looking for a place to sleep. Staff were friendly and restaurant in evening was good.
Booked rooms including breakfast but told on check in that they can't provide the breakfast as paid for and refused to give refund. Offered a continental breakfast which was simply 2 pieces of brown toaste and coffee.
Rooms and hotel in need of refurbished, all looking very tired, which is ok if you get a good price, but would need to be a very good price.

Cleanliness of room not great Sink had whiskers from someones shave stuck to it. Room floor not clean either

Friendly, extremely clean glass and mirrors everywhere, nice food, hot shower, was given extra tea bags and milk. Lovely welcoming hotel!
No hairdryer in room

The staff were not very welcoming. The rooms are small. We had an accessible room...not that good.
This hotel offered good value for money, with lovely, hospitable staff. I really appreciated the interesting design aesthetic, with unique pieces of furniture and design elements throughout. The bed was comfortable and the quality of the bedding was excellent .I nearly missed the clothes hooks around the full length mirror, which was a nice touch. The sheets were well-ironed and the beds were well made. There was an elevator, parking space available, and tea and coffee provided. The location was close to the M1, with reasonable noise levels. The room was warm, and overall the rooms and bathrooms were well cleaned, with soft towels and windows that open two ways. I genuinely liked this place and would definitely stay again.
On the downside, I wondered why there were no plug sockets beside the bed, and there was a gap behind the bed head rest, which I filled with an extra pillow. That said, none of these were deal breakers for me.
Reception and dinning room area was lovely felt like I was on holiday, although it was a over night stay before my flight from Luton the next day. staff couldn’t do enough for me got moved 3 times due to small faults in room but they was on the ball and just kept upgrading the room until I was happy.
Room was dated but very clever use of the space in rooms, although small jobs needed doing in each room that I got moved too, and cleanliness of rooms could have been better.

It was v hot in the room and the windows were broken so I cudnt open them for fresh air
Parking available although it wasn’t the easiest due to how other people had parked
My bed was a pull down bed that had no hardboard so you couldn’t sit up in bed and the pillows kept falling down the back. It was like being in a cupboard

The was tiny, no space to move around in or open luggage. Bed was awful, bathroom was not well maintained or cleaned properly. Wasn’t a great experience
