Staff amazing,
Pros:

Staff amazing and so helpful, I had an issue with my shower and the staff were so accommodating and helpful. I booked the hotel due to the location for work. I will be booking again

Location good. Free parking good. Not getting a breakfast we paid for unacceptable.

Location, free parking and included breakfast

Cons:

There was no breakfast, we were offered a cheese roll which was so dried out it must have been made several days before. Not even a cup of tea offered. We did not leave until after 8am so not as if we were too early. Staff said there was no breakfast because there was not enough guests to make it viable. Nonetheless we were still billed as no if we’d had a breakfast.

Cons:

The fact I was initially offered a sofa bed, until I asked to be moved. I was given a single and very hard bed. Sadly I had a very poor nights sleep due to its hardness.
