Please note that swimming pool number 1 is currently unavailable until September 19th, 2025. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.

Excelente café da manhã, apartamento nao adaptado para cadeirante apesar da solicitacao

Conforto das camas e travesseiro, café da manhã excelente, localização, bar, limpeza.

Cons:

Solicitei apartamento para portador de necessidades especiais, cadeirante e nao havia nenhuma barra de segurança no banheiro. Almoço servido ate as 14:00 , chegamos às 13:20, comida fria e ma vontade no atendimento. Pedi para aquecer e a garçonete disse q era assim por causa do ar. 89,90 para comer a cidade fria e ressecada, horrível. Também pouca pressão no chuveiro

Pros:

Café da manhã bom. Cama confortável. Decoração de bom gosto.

Cons:

Numa estadia de 2 noites, deixaram apenas um copinho de água de cortesia. Sei que cortesia não é obrigação, mas seria simpático uma garrafinha de água cortesia diariamente. O custo é ínfimo, o hotel pode embutir no valor da diária e se mostraria simpático com o cliente. Sei que há latinhas de água no frigobar, mas pelo preço ( R$12,00), certamente só são consumidas por falta de alternativa e maculam bastante a imagem do estabelecimento. Estação de ovos no café da manhã um pouco lenta devido à demanda.
