Staff unhelpful
Air con not available to use during the day in sweltering heat. No air con remote in the room, staff refused to help. Multiple flights of stairs across a back alley to get up to room, about 16 beds crammed in with one bathroom at the end. Had to advocate for other guests who were not listened to by the staff. If guests are paying for accommodation they should be able to use the air con. Pool was nice but would not stay there again.
The bed is super cozy and the pillow is so fluffy 😌
La decoración de los pasillos
El jacuzzi no funcionaba bien y perdía agua. La tubería bajante de agua del balcón perdía agua también (con un poco de silicona se sella...) por lo que se encharca el balcón y lo moja todo. La TV de la habitación es prehistórica, el YouTube no funciona y no tiene apps, si viajas sin portátil o tablet con HDMI estás jodido para ver contenido. Pienso que para un hotel de 60 euros la noche esto no puede ser tolerable.

Location is interior but they provide free pickup drop during day time. Sometimes there are a couple of mosquitos here and there but they can be managed.
Amazing property booked queen room with jacuzzi it was absolutely sensational in a old mansion the staff like all hospitality staff in Thailand so friendly and accommodating on our first night didn’t have hot water the owner had it fixed within 5 minutes

We stayed in the aquarium room, and it was absolutely awesome! A really cleaver idea and well-taken care of. Room was huge, elegant, quiet and peaceful. The staff was also incredibly friendly. Breakfast was excellent, and the shuttle service they provide to get to the blue line of the metro was fantastic and let us explore the city!
A wonderful place to stay in Bangkok. V20 Boutique Hotel has a peaceful, green atmosphere that feels like a lovely escape from the busy city. The property is beautiful, with a unique character and plenty of art and interesting spaces to discover.
What really makes V20 special is the warm and personal hospitality. The staff are kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, which makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive.
Having Sabai Tayo Cafe and Restaurant on the property is also a wonderful bonus, with delicious Filipino food, coffee, art, and a relaxing garden atmosphere. There is even a little animal area that adds to the charm of the place.
If you’re looking for somewhere peaceful, friendly, and different from the typical Bangkok hotel experience, V20 is definitely worth considering. I would happily stay here again.
