Important information:

Please note that room rates on Christmas's Eve, New year Eve compulsory dinner on 24th and on 31st December. Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, additional guest will be charged separately.

Bungalow area will undergo renovations from 18 May - 30 Sep 2026. During this time, there are construction noises from the middle of the resort between 8:00-17:00. All other facilities, including the beach area, restaurant, bar, and spa, will remain fully operational.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Kind people, amazing beach, nice rooms. Good value for your money
Pros:

Amazing place to stay! Beach in front is perfect, you don't have to walk to another beach, we checked all and they are alll the same! Staff is lovely, environment, the room, the restaurant... everything was amazing.

Cons:

I wish they gave drinking water... every other hotel we went to gave us at least 2 bottles a day:( also i wish they had cheese in breakfast but the rest or the breakfast was very good.

Pros:

I was in Thailand for work and I came here for a weekend escape. Was totally worth the 3 hour taxi ride, the 15 min speedboat run and the 15 min motorbike ride from the boat terminal.

Got a seafront room which was totally worth the overprice, you can really enjoy the breeze on your patio and the sunrise if you're up early.

Friendly staff, great location, lot of activities and amenities. Been here in June (off season, rain season) and the place was very quiet and absolutely not overcrowded and I've been very lucky as I experienced great weather.
There was a huge variety of choices for breakfast and the restaurant serves both local and international great food.

WiFi is included and works great, AC is very powerful but not noisy and my room was recently renovated and it showed.

If you get there before check in time (1500) they will pre check you in and hold on to your luggage. Same goes for check out (1200)

The island itself is small but beautiful and it's got a lot to offer, get yourself a rental motorbike. Don't miss the fire shows on the beach in the evening.

Le aree comuni , come ristorante ,spiaggia ( ombrelloni a parte) e la spa

Il NS bulgalow era sporco, tutte le mensole erano impolverate , in bagno c era un forte odore di fogna mentre in camera di muffa . In reception si son sempre rivelati davvero poco disponibili. L ultimo GG abbiamo chiesto di chiamare un taxi visto che diluviava e ci han detto di arrivare alla strada e fermarne uno .la stanza non si può oscurare quindi appena si fa giorno la stanza si illumina . Gli ombrelloni in spiaggia son indecenti , Tutti arrugginiti e strappati . Non son un buon biglietto da visita .

Samed Villas was a great getaway for the family. Centrally located, and well maintained property.

Beach is small and rocky. Not enough lounge chairs. Very little beach frontage, but close enough to other beaches that has plenty of sandy beach front.
