Pros:

It was pretty close to shopping area. Convenient to train station .

Optima ubicación.
Pros:

Personal muy amable, nos guardaron las maletas a la llegada y también después de dejar las habitaciones. Buen desayuno, se podían escoger entre 5 combinados diferentes. Ubicación muy buena, cerca de la estación de Umeda.

Cons:

Las habitaciones eran pequeñas y los cojines incomodos. Las habitaciones eran para no fumadores pero una olía a tabaco y por la noche el baño de una habitación olía a productos químicos.

Location was convenient.

Cons:

Poor design, cleanliness, and service. Layout of the room was extremely cluttered and the bathroom smelled dirty. The lobby lights are too blue, and the check-in experience was cold. The floor lights at the entrance were also very slippery when it rained which could be hazardous.
