Consistently praised across reviews as very clean; multiple guests note good housekeeping and overall cleanliness of rooms.
Service
6.5
Mixed sentiment: many guests mention courteous, smiling and helpful staff, but there is a significant negative report of poor staff response during a fire, WiFi/cloakroom issues and rude interactions that reduce the service score.
Location
9
Very strong: repeatedly noted as close to Umeda station, shopping, restaurants, theater and airport limousine — a primary strength of the hotel.

7.5
Generally comfortable beds and reasonably spacious for Osaka standards; some guests report small/claustrophobic rooms, cramped sinks and occasional maintenance issues.

Useful on-site amenities reported (laundry room, vending machines, free coffee/water refills, toiletries); one mention of onsen. Overall convenient but not exceptional.

Food and Beverage
8
Hotel benefits from many nearby restaurants and eateries; some positive mentions of on-site dining options but most praise is for surrounding food choices.

Pros:
