観劇にはとても便利でした。梅芸に行く時はまた泊まりたいです。
Pros:

梅田芸術劇場での観劇のため初めて泊まりました。劇場に近く、とても便利でした。ベッドの寝心地も良く、夜も静かでした。ロビーで自由に飲めるお茶や、部屋のお茶セット（コーヒーや紅茶やお茶）もよかったです。

Cons:

水回りの棚に埃があったのと、トイレのドアに歯磨き粉らしき跡が幾つかついていたこと、館内設備や室内設備の説明がわかりにくなったこと、目覚まし時計がなかったことです。
