Shocking staff and service. Not sure how this is Sheraton hotel even considering the price

Location and price.

Cons:

The staff are quite bad. The hotel had a fire and they gave us changed rooms to a higher floor, but didn't tell us WiFi in our floor wasn't working. We spent 3 days without WiFi. When my family member worked with his laptop in the hotel lobby to connect to WiFi they kicked him out around 12 am.
When we tried to get out luggage from the cloakroom around 6 30 am, no one answered for 15 minutes. When we got in ourselves to get our luggage to not miss our flight, some staff started yelling that we were trespassing.

This is not what I expect from a Sheraton hotel

Poor hotel
Pros:

The room was very small and cramped for a 10 day stay. The location was very close to main train station. The hotel and room were clean

Cons:

The laundry machine did not work well. We had to walk with our laundry to a coin machine. The elevator did not work for 3 days. There was a heap of dirty towels on our floor for 3 days and we had to go to reception to let them know. The water fountain on our floor did not work for 4 days. The coffee in the reception was terrible. We spent the bulk of our day away from the hotel

Easy stay, very comfortable.
Pros:

Very clean, bed was comfortable. Staff were very helpful and spoke English which was helpful.

Cons:

Location was a little bit further from the station than I thought, but it was not hardship walking.

大阪のど真ん中に滞在している感覚を味わえました
Pros:

・枕が大きくて柔らかくて、とてもよかったです。
・部屋の掃除が3日に1度という制度です。自分たちはそれでよかったです。
　タオルとごみは廊下に出して置くと回収してくれます。
・頼みませんでしたが、朝食は宿泊者のみ開店前のやよい軒で食べられるようです。
・ホテルから徒歩2分の所に郵便局があり、帰りは荷物を送り、手荷物少なく帰れました。

Cons:

・阪急電車で移動する場合にはとても便利ですが、JRを利用する場合は阪急電車を越えなくてはならず、少々不便です。
　もしくは大通りに出るかです。

快適な宿泊
Pros:

洗面に拡大鏡がついていて便利な上に、バスも大きくてリラックスでき、大満足です。部屋の雰囲気もよかったので、また利用したいと思います。
