The owner
A lot of noise from the boulevard but mostly from the air-condition opposite side of the road (probably McDonald's). In my opinion double windows is necessary solution
The owner Soshi-san is very friendly and accommodating, for instance I just saw him biking around Don Quiote and he stopped by and said hi, also and maybe this is just my American pricing sense talking for the price we paid per night having an entire apartment to ourselves was amazing, overall its great value for money, the washing machine especially was a god send
The bed is kind of like a traditional futon bed but elevated in the western style, it was good but I personally would've prefer if it was a bit thicker, Wasn't a huge fan of bunkyo, the dome is cool and all but there weren't any major streets for food or shopping around and the dome is a little above our budget

The location is great, close to public transport and a convenience store, with a McDonald’s just downstairs. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Soshi was very kind, even though we didn’t get the chance to meet him in person. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable for the three of us.

Very well connected with the metro. This is quite important in Tokyo as all places to visit are 1h distance 😆
It was not a big problem but common sense that you need to respect quiet hours otherwise the neighbors will come and know your door. With small kids was a bit stressful.
Centrally located near the metro station with many convenience stores nearby. There is a small kitchen with a washing machine, which comes in handy. Very friendly host.
The sound proofing is not the best so you can hear people in the unit above walking. There is no place to hang your towels, which is a little inconvenient when there are 3 people staying together. The television set (though unused) is basically on the floor, which is kind of in the way.

We had a great stay! The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The location is perfect - just a short walk to the train station, shops, and restaurants. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive.

My son and I were here for the MLB Series and couldn’t be happier with the apartment, its location and its value. Our host, Soshi stopped by for a short visit and was friendly and very accommodating. Would highly recommend for a party of two or traveling with a small child.

- At first glance, you might think this is just an ordinary hotel, but once you stay here, you’ll realize how wonderful this place truly is.
- Perfect for anyone visiting Tokyo Dome! It’s within walking distance, so after a concert, there’s no need to rush to catch the train—take your time and enjoy a leisurely walk.
- Conveniently located near convenience stores, Don Quijote, restaurants and shopping mall. Donki is right next to Tokyo Dome, making it very accessible. There are also several convenience stores nearby, with the closest being Lawson, just seconds to a minute away on foot.
- Cozy rooms with many amenities! The bed is incredibly comfortable, and the room is spacious compared to most in Tokyo. It’s well-equipped with everything you might need.
- A special mention goes to the wonderful and kind host, Soshi-san. He was extremely helpful and always available to answer our questions. His excellent service ensures you don’t have to worry during your stay at GOEN Inn.
- I would definitely stay here again!

The location was great (to get to work). The environment quiet (but a very busy street was not far away). The owner was not there, but the communication was smooth.
The appartment need some refresh. The whole was a bit dated. Parts of the appartment were not very clean. In total the price-quality relation was not okay.
The owner - Soshi, was so helpful with everything.
He helped and took care of us in anything we asked and needed even the smallest things. He helped us with the luggage and with the taxi. He came specifically for us to help us with our luggage.. He is perfect !!
The apartment was very comfortable for three people, with a separate bedroom, a small living room and also the bathroom was separate from the shower and sink so it was very convenient.. We recommend it very much..
