It was clean and comfortable, had free parking and was not too far from the port.
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable with nicely laundered bedding and the bath towels were super large, so very acceptable. The underground parking was not suitable for our very low car but we were able to park on the forecourt directly below our window.

Cons:

We stayed one night and the hotel suited our needs. It was close to the port which is why we chose it.

Calidad precio, genial. Siempre que tenga que volver a Bilbao, será mi hotel para descansar.
