Das Management ist grottig. Der versprochene Ausgleich des Parktickets in Höhe von 8€ täglich wurde verweigert mit der Begründung, man würde nur das Papierticket anerkennen, das zuvor gebuchte Digitalticket wäre nicht rabattierbar. Der herbeigerufene Manager war beleidigend und unfreundlich. Auch keine Lösung oder Nachlass für den Umstand, dass über die Hälfte des Aufenthaltes kein warmes Wasser zur Verfügung stand. Lange Schlangen am Mini-Frühstücksbuffet...

Eine zentrale und günstige Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in Dresden.
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr zentral und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof war mit dem Fahrrad in einigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war gut.
Besonders hat uns die bequeme uns sichere Abstellmöglichkeit der Fahrräder direkt im Hotel gefallen.

We still had a good stay. Location was ideal.
