Perfect fietsvriendelijk overnachtingsadres
Pros:

Wij reizen per fiets. Die kunnen recht naar binnen de lift in naar de tweede etage. Daar is een fietsenstalling.
Perfecte locatie middenin het centrum.

Nous avons été accueilli par un monsieur du personnel qui a été formidable nous avions réservé deux chambres et la deuxième nous avons pu découvrir une suite une grande première pour nous et nos enfant surtout que ce n etait pas prévu. Room service parfait. Personnel d une tres grande gentillesse à l ecoute de ses clients nous reviendrons sans hésitation merci

This experience will definitely make me think twice before booking the Novotel in Charleroi again

Location is good.

Cons:

The air conditioning wasn’t working during the night, and the room temperature was 29°C. At check-out, the receptionist explained that it wasn’t the hotel’s responsibility to make sure the room was properly prepared and fully functional for guests. That was… very unexpected.

hotel moyen, prestations pas à la hauteur d'un novotel
Pros:

le bar, le restaurant, la location du batiment, le personnel

Cons:

moquette tachée, évier et salle de bain dans la chambre , on voyait les personnes dans la douche, vraiment déçue de la salle de bain, fenêtre ne s'ouvrant pas.
