The best of the best
Pros:

It was great because the lady who was attending us she was the best her treat us like a family since day 1 her name was Ali next time I go to Utah I will ask for her because it was unbelievable person you should put it as a manager God bless her ❤️

Pros:

Clean, convenient, fair price.

Cons:

I put housekeeping "make up room" card on the door 3 different days out of 8. Not once did they make up the room when requested. To be fair, I put out "do not disturb" card the rest of the days. Nevertheless, I'm kinda disappointed.

Great stay, great staff, shout out to Ali the rockstar front desk!
Pros:

Ali at the front desk is absolutely wonderful. Personable, kind, recognised my status, a fast friend. She represents this property extremely well. The location worked well for my work trip and the room maintained a quiet atmosphere for rest. My room was quite modern, well appointed, I am writing the review from the provided desk. The small kitchenette in the front of the room is a really great feature. Clean room, clean gym, large and bright lobby was really welcoming.

Too noisy.
Pros:

The hotel is really nice. The main lobby is great. The room was very nice, but the big drawback was the noise. We asked to be moved further away from the elevator, but they couldn’t accommodate because they were sold out. It turns out the real problem was the noise from the road. It was unbearable. We were in a king suite right close to Main St. The noise from the big rigs ensured we could not sleep. I liked everything else but if you can’t sleep, it ruins the whole experience. Unfortunately we won’t go back.

Excellent, relaxing stay!
Pros:

Everything was wonderful for our get away with our two special needs grandsons. The many choices for breakfast were amazing and perfect for them. Pool & hot tub were winners too, as we spent much time there. Our room was spacious to accommodate the four of us. The kitchenette was perfect for preparing food during the day and the beds comfy. Also the location is great because there are so many adventures in the area. We will definitely be back.

Really everything was wonderful!
A small thing, but the faucet in the kitchenette sink is very short - it doesn't extend, does not really fit the large sink, very difficult to get anything under it for rinsing or cleaning. So a larger faucet would solve the issue quickly. Thank you

Clean, everything we needed, restful stay.
Pros:

Loved that the property seems new and up to date, decor etc. The amenities were excellent, room spacious and had everything we needed. Loved that the pool was open 24hrs, and that they had a coffee machine in the lobby rather than just filter coffee. The lady on the desk at check in was extremely helpful and gave us a great recommendation for dinner. Location is perfect and it’s a beautiful town. Highly recommend.

Pros:

10 out of 10 experience the breakfast was amazing the receptionist Tay was a dream. She was so welcoming and smiling from ear to ear. There’s just this comfy vibe when I stay there and I’ve stayed there three times and I’ve always recommended that that’s a place to go when you are visiting heber or are in the area. The three times that I’ve stayed at that hotel the rooms have always been clean and immaculate.

Traveling for work
Pros:

Hotel is always clean, building and surroundings are very well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful when you have any questions, Ali at the front seat is always welcoming to me and my crew. And in good spirits. It’s quiet, while also being close to food places.
