Big Price increase at this hotel!
Pros:

Be careful of this hotel. They raised my rate by approximately $100 per night. This is an extremely large price increase.

The best place to stay in Heber Valley!
Pros:

CHRIS and JASMIN are fantastic! We stay there every year for the horse sales and our room is always spotless. It smells wonderful clean. They know our names and they always have a cookie for their guest at the front desk. They’re very welcoming and the place is quiet and very nice. We wouldn't stay any place else!

Great hotel in Heber City
Pros:

Traveled to Utah to visit family who just moved to Fruitland. After researching the area I found the Best Western in Heber City. So glad I did. Only 45 minutes from Salt Lake airport, 25 minutes to Park City and 45 minutes to Fruitland. The staff couldn’t be more accommodating, friendly and super helpful. 2 queen bed room was very spacious and clean. Included a mini bar with sink micro and fridge and a mini keruig. My little ones came every day and they were able to enjoy breakfast with me everyday. Breakfast was perfect: eggs, bacon/sausage/potatoes, dry cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, bread, muffins and homemade waffles. Can’t forget in the fridge there was fruit cup, hard boiled eggs and pudding cups. Coffee is available 24/7. This is a great hotel to stay in,looking forward to my next visit.

Location, room, balcony, etc. Entire experience was fantastic.

Cons:

The beds were a little rough to sleep on. Achy back in the morning.

The lady who checked us in was very rude. She also was not at the desk when we arrived. We waited for about 10 minutes.

Pros:

The 24-hour pool was usually empty. The included breakfast options were delicious. The kitchenette was awesome. The extra outer bathroom counter was so handy. The A/C worked excellently. The view on the 4th floor was really nice.

Cons:

There was only a pocket door to close the inner bathroom without a lock and the outer bathroom door had a weird locking mechanism.

Pros:

Warm pool plus hot tub. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Loud girls at 1230 pm and then loud leaf blowers at 6 am made it hard to sleep.
