The hot water in the loo wasn’t working properly. It eventually got fixed but took multiple attempts by engineering to get it right.

Pros:

Spacious rooms, nice presents for kids, good restaurants and bar. Location is amazing. The staff is helpful.

I doubt we will be going back
Pros:

Great location

Cons:

Staff were rather stiff and not very warm. Restaurant staff were fine. Bags took forever to get up to room. Transport company was terrible. Charged extra for waiting more then the designated time at airport despite knowing well that it takes more then 45mins to disembark plane and get through their very inefficient airport.

Je suis venu, j’ai testé et ne reviendrai plus. C’est sur. D’autres meilleures options à Zurich.

La location. Plein centre.

Cons:

Le prix. Surfait. Aussi les housses de duvets étaient mal mises (à l’envers)!!!!! Un comble et assez inadmissible pour une chambre à CHF 1,400 la nuit.

Pros:

Everything was excellent the location, the value, the cleanliness, and especially the staff. The reception and concierge teams make you feel like family. The rooms are very clean, and the room-service food is great In short, the staff are very well trained and everyone does their job with real perfection

Orta Avrupa'da bulunacak iyi otellerden biri ama bence gerçek Mandarin seviyesi değil.
Pros:

Konum iyi, güzel tarihi bir bina. Odalar temiz. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü, nitelikli.

Cons:

Lobi bu kategorideki bir otel için küçük. Restoran/bar bölümü Mandarin seviyesinde değil. (servis iyi, mönü orta, dekorasyon orta) Oda bu kategori için yeterince büyük değil.
