Breakfast was horrendous and they do not cater for other nationalities. Bed very uncomfortable like sleeping on concrete. House keeping horrendous, hardly ever cleaned then when they did we get lot really old ripped towels, no toilet roll and floors not cleaned despite ringing down numerous times. Waiters were fantastic and so helpful. Reception would not allow our male coordinator to help me with luggage and instead sent the maintenance man who didn’t speak English. Bit unprofessional. Wouldn’t stay again

Nice new hotel, great location for hospitals etc., but extremely noisy day and night and windows not sound proof. Trying to work from here is horrendous the wifi hardly ever works. Breakfast is very basic would have expected alot more from a new hotel, it only offers Turkish basic, no coffee unless you pay! Rooms nice, lots of things still unfinished in room such as the second shower head not working, toilet seat doesn’t fit great, lights not all working, and being able to turn on do not disturb at door all not working.

Hotel was ok, staff was nice and breakfast was below average.

I was at the hotel because I was going to have facelift surgery in Memorial Hospital.

My surgeon was Dr. Ercan KARACAOĞLU ( Este istanbul) and He wrecked my face, I would like to warn everyone, Please avoid this doctor at all cost.

The room was a catastrophy and especially the shower (8th floor) once you shower it turns to à swimming pool ... the matras was very rusty like it was from 1800 !!
The cleaning lady (she was nice ) took all our empty shopping bags without asking first ...
Under the bed it was super dirty (room 803)
The shampoo and the shower gel smelled like liquid soap that we use to clean the house.
The view was marvelous and the location is not bad for a visiter.
But next time we will stay elsewhere.

Das halbe Gebäude befindet sich noch im Rohbau. Überall im Zimmer sieht man Putz der offen einen anlächelt. Der Service wechselt nie die benutzen Handtücher aus. War 1 Woche dort und nie wurden diese gewechselt. Das selbe mit dem Bett Bezug und der Decke. Schön zusammen gefaltet alles aber benutz und stinkt halt mal nach 4 Tagen. Die Putzfrau war jeden Tag da hat den Boden gewischt und den Müll gelehrt aber Kleinigkeiten wie Wasser im Kühlschrank hat sie z.B. vergessen. Hatte definitiv mehr erwartet.

It’s a good hotel, the need to fix a lot of things in the rooms like the shower, and they only have one or two irons in the whole hotel. And if you want it you have to wait until the person who has it finishes with it.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is modest, but the ladies who prepare it and service you are wonderful. Rooms are cleaned very well daily, and the cleaning staff very friendly. Most of the front desk staff is very friendly. Especially night staff. He was helpful and got us anything extra we needed. We will return if we are in the area again.

Duş başlığı, duşun su yönlendirme armatürü ve duşun yalıtımı çok kötü. Banyo zaten tamamen ıslandı, bir de odaya kadar su akıyor.
Banyonun zemininde çok fazla saç kılı vardı.
Personel çok güleryüzlü ve kibar.
TV çok az izlenebilecek kanal sayısına sahip.

Things that we’re broken- an elevator, so there was only one for guests and cleaning staff. Had to wait a long time a lot because of this. Other- door handle, blow dryer, light switch, toilet ran after use longer than it should.
Run-down- bathrooms
Freezing- breakfast was served in a basement room with no heat.
Dangerous- cut my finger due to sharp metal in the shower. Hotel was not able to provide me with a band aid until I could seek medical attention.
Door key card has room number and hotel name on it. I lost my card and was frightened someone could have gotten into my room.
Dirty- the window in my room was so dirty

It was our last day in Turkey and it ended the best way it could. With simply a great hotel. Clean, full of utilities and especially great staff members that helped us a lot with everything we ever wished for.

We stayed at multiple hotels during our 17 days trip around the Turkey and I can safely say that this hotel provided us with the best service of all of them.

The stay itself was amazing especially because of staff member called Mustafa. Helped us with the booking, breakfast and others. Went over the mountains to do everything in his power to enjoy our last two days. I cannot express how thankful we are for meeting such a great staff member. Thank you, Mustafa :)!

For such a great price you receive the very best service you can imagine. If you are traveling alone, with friends or your family. I highly recommend staying at this hotel :)

Personal sehr freundlich und höflich aber der Rest leider nicht zum empfehlen

gayet güzel temiz bir oteldi, yalnız İstanbul'da yaşamaya alışık olmayanlar için E-5'in biraz gürültüsü duyulabilir. Banyoda su gayet tazyikli ve yeterliydi.

Hôtel sommaire, buffet petit déjeuner très peu garni, les employés parlent à peine anglais.

Asansör çalışmıyor, Merdivenlerde aydınlatma yok, Kahvaltıda KAHVE yok.

Personeel is goed verder is het een normale hotel.

We stayed with my family and we enjoyed so much..We were in istanbul because of our long trip and one of our friend invited us for Atacity hotel..All people was friendly and all the rooms are comfortable and has the nice city view..
