Los días feriados el ruido era mínimo, pero hoy 26 de diciembre, ya con la actividad más normalizada, demasiado ruido de la calle.... Desde cómo las 8am.
Nos dejaron sólo una botella de agua y kit para café por día a pesar de ser dos en la habitación...en checkout nos dijeron no debió ser así...
Igual, el primer día galletas en cuarto, después no, pero no chequé si debió ser diario

Céntrica, lugares para comer que facturan relativamente cerca del inmueble a pie. Tiendas de conveniencia a los alrededores. Lo que inquieta es que solo te separa una puerta del mundo exterior.

Front desk not caring about customer service

Check in to hotel is 2pm. We arrived at 325pm and room was not ready. Cleaning staff was very apologetic because they couldn’t understand why front desk would give us a room that other guests had just left and was barely being cleaned. I was HONESLTY expecting some kind of apology or even a credit of some sort from the actual front desk for the hours I was without my room, since it was his fault as he gave us a room that he should have known was not ready. I’ve been staying here for some time every time I go to Cadereyta to visit family. However, it seems they don’t care for actual customer service. Poor staff didn’t know what to do. Just found out today there is another new hotel in town. Might just give them a try since it seems Hotel Nova doesn’t care about my business.

Todo bien, la camarista muy buen servicio, pero la encargada GROSERA PREPOTENTE Y ALTANERA, cada que viajo a Cadereyta me hospedo en este hotel pero esta fue la ultima. La encargada no sabe tratar a los clientes y siente que nos hace un favor al vendernos una habitación y apesar de tener disponibilidad me nego un dia mas de hospedaje
