Quando já estava prestes a entrar no banho fui ver que não tinha sabonete, liguei na recepção e a moça perguntou se eu podia descer, tive que me vestir novamente e descer.. daí ela me entregou sabonetes no sachê que estavam vencidos desde 2024

Inspeção urgente
Pros:

Pedimos papel higiênico e não nos atenderam. Café muito simplório, vaso sanitário que era impossível dar a descarga. A cuidadora da sala do café, limpava as mesas usadas e jogava todos os detritos remanescentes diretamente no chão. Não usava nenhum álcool, o mesmo pano infecto todo o tempo. Fiz as considerações para o setor administrativo que todo o tempo tentava defender o atendente , clerk, dizendo que ele deveria ter esquecido de mandar o papel. Péssima experiência, funcionários trabalhando na força do Ódio. Nunca mais.

Cons:

Hotel está em decadência completa. Nem o vaso sanitário funciona.

Quarto barulhento, ao lado tem uma churrascaria que deixa um gerador barulhento ligado a noite inteira.
Pedi pra trocar de quarto e não deram nenhuma atenção.
