Quartos virados para a rua faziam muito barulho de carro a madrugada inteira ; a ideia da quadra coberta é ótima, mas o local serve como depósito de várias coisas.

Aluguei um quarto superior, com banheira. Ao chegar, o quarto apresentou problemas, com o ar-condicionado despejando água na cama. Solicitei a troca de quartos. Não havia outro do mesmo disponível. Solicitei o reembolso. Estou esperando até agora

O banheiro (com banheira) é bastante espaçoso, mas falta um local pra acomodar roupas e utensílios. Também o acesso para o chuveiro, que fica dentro do espaço da banheira, é bem complicado.
