Tolles, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Tolles Zimmer mit schöner Einrichtung. Das Frühstsückbüffet ist ausserordentlich reichhaltig und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, am Rand von Westerland direkt am Strand

Die Lage ist gut.

Cons:

Ist absolut kein Hundehotel - Hunde dürfen nirgendwo mit hin. Wir mussten zum Frühstücken in der eiskalten, zugigen Lobby sitzen und uns von allen anstarren lassen. Das Restaurant hat für Vegetarier kein Angebot. Die Sauna ist in die Jahre gekommen, die Farbe blättert von den Fenstern ab. Die Bar ist so gut wie nie besetzt. Im Aufenthaltsbereich werden mit Handtüchern die Liegen reserviert, so dass man dort nie einen Platz bekommt. Für den hohen Preis wirklich kaum Leistung.

Wir waren mit Hund, dafür sind die Zimmer etwas zu klein, weil 2 Sessel in diesem Zimmer waren, die, wenn man mit Hund ist, sowie nicht nutzen kann.
