Pros:

조식은 좋았고, 시내 1.5KM이내 식당, 스파,시장, 마트 거의 대부분이 도보가능거리라 좋았어요

Cons:

3일째 객실청소가 저녁에야 끝나 스케줄을 마감하고 돌아왔을때도 청소가 안되어 있던 점이 아쉬워요

Geldwechsel war auch beim dritten Versuch nicht möglich. Immer hieß es, geht gerade nicht, kommen Sie nachher wieder.
Mein Zimmer wurde schlecht oder gar nicht gereinigt. Nach dem 4. Nachfragen wurde endlich der Zimmerservice (um ca 16:00Uhr) erledigt.
Eine Rechnung ausgedruckt oder am Abend vorher zu bekommen, war nicht möglich.
Am frühen Morgen am Abreisetag war eine lange Diskussion nötig, um endlich die benötigte Rechnung zu bekommen.

Overall, everything was great — the room, the atmosphere, and the staff. The only issue was with the shower, where the water temperature kept changing rapidly from cold to hot without adjusting anything. Fixing this would make the stay perfect.

Очень грязно. Администрация отеля обратите внимание на качество уборки, оно очень плохое!
Pros:

Очень хороший завтрак, выбор блюд достойный, все вкусно. Вид из окна 33 этажа был очень красивый, весь город, как на ладони. Сам номер симпатичный, если не считать грязи в нем. Персонал выше всяких похвал. На любую просьбу реагируют моментально.

Cons:

Очень грязно. Начиная от полов в номере, заканчивая шкафом. Везде пыль, грязь. Такое чувство, что они вообще не знают, что такое мыть полы. Мы заехали в номер, полы были грязные, за 3 дня, что мы жили их также ни разу не помыли. И думаю после нас их также не помоют. Везде километровый слой пыли, столики все заляпаны непонятно чем, душевая грязная. Такой красивый отель так сильно запустили. Желания возвращаться-нет. Не хочется жить в грязи, хоть и с красивым видом.
