시내중심가에 있어서 좋았고 수영장도 나름 좋았습니다

Cons:

드라이기 너무 힘들었어요 누르면서 하기엔 팔이 너무 아팠구요 조식도 솔직히 그냥 그랬구요
청소를 매일해주시지만 침대시트는 안바꿔주시는거같아요
시트에 핑크색 뭔가 묻었는데 5일내내 똑같았어요
에어컨도 딱히 막 시원한 느낌이 안들어서 좀 더웠습니다

Cons:

Be very careful with your booking details here. On the day of departure, I noticed that my reservation had been modified to dates one year in the future (almost identical dates, making it easy to miss at a glance).

This change would have resulted in a no-show or cancellation fee being charged much later. I did not request or authorize any date change.

I was able to catch it in time, but others might not. I strongly recommend double-checking your booking confirmation, especially around check-out.

This hotel is fine if you are looking for a reasonably priced clean hotel in a convenient location with a good breakfast
Pros:

The location was good and the staff were nice. Breakfast variety was good and if you could find a spot in the pool area, the pool itself was nice.

Cons:

For a big hotel chain (especially one affiliated with Melia), we were surprised how much of a challenge English was for the staff and how impersonal this hotel was compared to other large and boutique hotels we’ve stayed at in Vietnam.

The room was nice enough but the tv didn’t work, the air conditioning and fridge weren’t very cold (the air conditioning still hadn’t reached our desired temperature upon checkout a couple of days later) , and while there was a kitchenette of sorts, there wasn’t even cutlery provided.

The pool area is way too small for the number of rooms in this hotel and was hard to find a lounge chair.

Персонал очень хороший, дружелюбный и всегда готов помочь. Однако чистота в отеле оставляет желать лучшего, это слабое место.The hotel left mixed impressions overall. The food is good, tasty and varied. The price-to-quality ratio is average — I expected a bit more. The staff is very good, friendly, and always ready to help. However, cleanliness is a weak point and could be improved.

조식은 좋았고, 시내 1.5KM이내 식당, 스파,시장, 마트 거의 대부분이 도보가능거리라 좋았어요

Cons:

3일째 객실청소가 저녁에야 끝나 스케줄을 마감하고 돌아왔을때도 청소가 안되어 있던 점이 아쉬워요
