Очень грязно. Администрация отеля обратите внимание на качество уборки, оно очень плохое!
Pros:

Очень хороший завтрак, выбор блюд достойный, все вкусно. Вид из окна 33 этажа был очень красивый, весь город, как на ладони. Сам номер симпатичный, если не считать грязи в нем. Персонал выше всяких похвал. На любую просьбу реагируют моментально.

Cons:

Очень грязно. Начиная от полов в номере, заканчивая шкафом. Везде пыль, грязь. Такое чувство, что они вообще не знают, что такое мыть полы. Мы заехали в номер, полы были грязные, за 3 дня, что мы жили их также ни разу не помыли. И думаю после нас их также не помоют. Везде километровый слой пыли, столики все заляпаны непонятно чем, душевая грязная. Такой красивый отель так сильно запустили. Желания возвращаться-нет. Не хочется жить в грязи, хоть и с красивым видом.

A large hotel that could do much better in basic guest services.
Pros:

Located close to multiple restaurants & not far from the beach.

Cons:

A very large hotel where you feel like a number, not a special guest. It took 3 phone calls and 1.5hrs to get towels as the house keeping staff did not leave any towels. Also face washers were not changed in our 5 nights. Basic room facilities are not present such as; a teaspoon to stir your coffee, a do not disturb sign and milk powder to add to the coffee/tea. The pool is very cold as it is in shade all day.

Cons:

There was no natural brewed coffee or anything for making coffee or a coffee machine. There were no dishes or cutlery in the kitchen, not even a teaspoon. There were no clothes hangers, only ones for hanging robes. There were no pool accessories, sewing kit, etc.
It doesn't correspond to its quite high price.
