Pros:

Un hotel accoglientissimo, praticamente in centro. Camere semplici ma carine. Il ristorante è uno dei migliori in cui siamo mai stati: colazione deliziosa e splendida, prodotti freschi e di qualità, e un servizio davvero cordiale grazie a Roberto. Da locali come questo si dovrebbe prendere esempio: lo consiglieremo a tutti e torneremo sicuramente!

Meile tütrega väga meeldis teie hotellis peatuda.
Pros:

Hommikukusöök oli tagasihoidlik, kuid väga maitsev ja värske. Kokk oli teinud head omletti(pakkus ise). Teenindus oli väga meeldiv ja sõbralik. Soovitan!

Cons:

Saabusime hilisõhtul (lennureisi ärajätmise pärast) ja olime väga väsinud. Kahjuks portjee ei pakkunud meile abi kohvriga, mida oli vaja teisele korrusele viia. Dušširoom toas vajab remonti, kuid puhtus tasakaalustab kõike.

Das Personal war sehr nett.
Ich hatte die Hand gebrochen und ich wurde beim Frühstück sehr unterstützt.
Es gab jeden Tag eine gr. Flasche gekühltes Wasser.
Ich hatte etwas im Hotelzimmer vergessen. Es wurde mir schnellstmöglich an meinen nächsten Urlaubsort nachgeschickt.

Cons:

Ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre gut gewesen. Aber wie schon geschrieben, gab es jeden Tag kaltes Wasser auf Kosten des Hauses.

Pros:

L' hôtel est extrêmement bien situé avec bus et tram au pied qui permettent de voir tous les points touristiques éloignés comme le Palais Royal de Venaria exceptionnel.
Le centre ville historique de Turin se fait à pied depuis l'hôtel sans aucune difficulté ce qui est bienvenu parce que le système de transports public est très compliqué à comprendre.
L'architecture ancienne et authentique avec sa déco originale est vraiment agréable.
Le restaurant est excellent, de même que le petit déjeuner.
On nous a vraiment très bien renseignés sur les transports et les sites à visiter.
Personnel très gentil et disponible qui parle français

Characterful Hotel
Pros:

This was a lovely little hotel with a lot of character from the traditional bar and restaurant to the original artworks in the rooms and corridors. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

The area the hotel was in was a little off putting. It was in what seemed to be an immigrant area and there was quite a bit of litter and graffiti in the surrounding area. However I would say best not to let that deter you as the hotel itself was lovely and not far to walk to the historic parts of Turin.
