Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in der Natur
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, jeweils ausgestattet mit eine Wasserkocher. Wir hatten Frühstück inklusive. Es ist standardmäßig in der Größe an Auswahl aber sehr lecker! Regionale Produkte, sehr leckerer Käse und Brot! Die Umgebung ist einfach traumhaft und der Bahnhof, sowie Parkplätze perfekt vor der Tür.

Goed hotel en heel aardig personeel. Lekker gegeten en top locatie voor als je de gletscher op wilt.

Pros:

L’emplacement est vraiment superbe ! Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le petit parc pour enfant pour notre petite fille de 3ans. La qualité du petit déjeuner et du restaurant. Et pouvoir se garer sur place.

Zero consideration for customers
Pros:

The Hotel Morteratsch in Pontresina has a café with outdoor seating. Although it is the only establishment at the Bernina Express train stop, situated right at the start of the popular trail to the glacier, customers sitting at the tables are not permitted to use the Wi-Fi. The member of staff told me that it is reserved exclusively for hotel guests and not for customers of the café and restaurant. WHAT’S MORE, THIS WAS COMMUNICATED IN AN EXTREMELY RUDE MANNER. I find this restriction to be unjustified and inexcusable.
