Ich komme wieder - weil's mir gefallen hat.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut bis ausgezeichnet! Die Zimmer sehr sauber und die Lage, natürlich für Naturliebhaber, optimal. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Cons:

Bei den beiden Abendessen die wir im Restaurant einnahmen hatte es 3 - 4 sehr gute Vorspeisen und Hauptgänge und beim Rest nicht wirklich ein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Das Personal im Restaurant war ausserordentlich nett aber zuwenig ausgebildet, das man sicher mit einigen Tips vor Ort machen könnte. Ich bin überzeugt, dass die sehr nette Crew das hinbekommt.

Cons:

Es wäre schön gewesen, beim Check In ein wenig mehr Informationen zu erhalten über
Ermässigungen und Unternehmungen. Es wurde uns nur der Schlüssel überheben, Zimmer erklärt und wo das Frühstück und Abendessen stattfinden wird. Wir haben z.b für den Zug Ausflug nach Tirano gezahlt und haben danach gelesenn, dass wir als Hotelgäste Rabatt gehabt hätten.

Die Lage des Hotels war für uns optimal. wir waren sehr zufrieden.
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren rustikal ausgestattet. Sehr sauber und alles in Ordnung. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Aussicht auf die Berge.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Das Restaurant war sehr gemütlich und die Speisen waren sehr lecker.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Sehr schöne Lage des Hotels mit wunderbarer Aussicht zum Morteratschtal direkt an der Berninabahn Station. Hunde sind ebenfalls willkommen. Gute Küche und freundliches Personal. Ab 2 Übernachtungen erhält man gratis Tickets für Bergbahnen und ÖV. Am 1. August haben sich alle voran das Feuerwerksverbot gehalten, kein einziger Knall.

Cons:

Das Zimmer befand sich oberhalb der Küche, wo natürlich gearbeitet und aufgeräumt wird mit Sicht auf den Kinderspielplatz. Bin leider ziemlich Lärmempfindlich! Beim nächsten Mal werde ich wie in den Vorjahren wieder ein ruhigeres Zimmer im Nebengebäude Al Vadret buchen, wo auch die Aussicht toll war.

I stayed in the annex with a waterfall outside my window, a view of the glacier, and the smell of the pine forest.

Rooms were well soundproof, large, and clean.

Cons:

pillows were of the large, square, flat, soft type which are uncomfortable.

No trains after 7:30 in the evening.

beautiful hotel with amazing scenery and exceptional hospitality
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery and the perfect base for exploring the area.

What really made our stay special was the exceptional hospitality. We arrived late after a four-hour drive, and by the time we came down for dinner, the restaurant was just closing. Even so, the staff kindly took our order so we could still enjoy a meal. That thoughtful gesture meant a lot to us and truly reflects how welcoming and accommodating everyone was.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

Maybe the lack of a fan during summer, but this wasnt at all an issue with our stay
