Pros:

Good size rooms, facilities were great (pool, sauna), location couldn't ge better.

Cons:

Older building (not so much an issue) but the pipes were a little smelly.

Superb
Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Tzakghkadzor and is close to everything including the places of interest and the restaurants. The staff was also very nice and polite.
Would definitely recommend to everyone.
