I loved my staying there and i would love to go there again.breakfast was ok and the room was always clean .the only thing upset me that i couldn't upgrade my room to a room with a sea view as i was welling to pay more .2nd thing bothered us the street construction in the area and the location on map want very accurate .

Accueil extra avec personnel qui parle français, chambre extra ( confort, équipement etc...), bémol plusieurs fois dans la semaine la chambre a été oubliée d'être faite, le petit déjeuner est bien mais disparition du buffet au bout de 2 jours, ceci dit, petit déjeuner servi en chambre donc très bien et service impeccable, petit dejeuner varié et copieux, bon....Parking en sous sol fermé et accueil 24/24 , WIFI, TV ave CANAL+ ETC.......le gros soucis avec la chambre faite un jour sur 2, c'est l'accessibilté car tout le quartier est en travaux et donc pas simple de trouver la 1ère fois et de rouler sur routes défoncées et changeantes au gré des travaux quotidiens...

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was also convenient to have the hotel order from Sushiholic and have it charged to the room. The pool bar was also a very nice experience. Overall, I had a wonderful experience.

Exceptional Satisfaction
Pros:

I've been to much hotels around the area, Ibiza was different among others at nearly same price. Friendly staff, very clean utilities especially bathroom and shower, excellent quality room furniture. A place where luxurious architecture and excellent management met caring for guest comfort.
