Convenient location; value for money.
Pros:

* Location is on the Perundurai Main Road, and near the Collector's Office. Hence, safe.

* Room was very comfortably sized.

* The bed was large and could actually sleep 3 adults (or 2 adults + 1 child).

* Enough space for an additional cot/mattress.

* Lift is available (G + 3 Floors).

* Staff were friendly.

Cons:

* There is no food service/restaurant. There are not many veg. restaurants within walking distance.

* It is a bit far from the bus stand (3-4Km) and railway station. Redtaxi cabs charged Rs 100 ,not too bad.

* It is on the main Perundurai Road - some road noise due to buses' air horns, but mostly did not bother.

* No taxi service for local use -they referred to Red Taxi (which actually worked out decent) for trips to Coimbatore, etc.

* The bathroom was decent - but not deep cleaned regularly. The bathroom floor tiles looked very stained; the wall tiles in the bathroom were also full of scales. They have to clean these regularly and more thoroughly.

* Not much parking in front of the building.

* There is a small step when coming out of the bathroom to the bed - people can trip on it unexpectedly. Harder for elderly.

Very nice stay. Good location.
Pros:

breakfast was very good. Nice spread and friendly ambience. The Staff were super friendly ad helpful. Spaciaous place and well managed.

Cons:

There are no other food options other than breakfast. No restaurant inside (or) no room service... The restaurants nearby are not suitable for dining with family. So, it is necessary to provide room service for Lunch and Dinner
