Erg fijn hotel op een fijne locatie in Vigan
Pros:

We hadden een gezellige, sfeervolle kamer, met aparte slaapkamer. De douche was heerlijk en gaf een warme en krachtige straal. De kamer was aangenaam om in te vertoeven. Er hingen schilderijen op om het gezelliger te maken, maar ook aan de sfeerverlichting was gedacht. Fijn ook om een koelkast op de kamer te hebben. De twee airco's deden prima, en erg stil hun best. De locaties vind ik super. Rustig, maar dicht bij een winkelgedeelte en dicht bij de oude binnenstad. PRIMA. Het personeel was altijd correct, aardig en behulpzaam.

Nice hotel in Vigan
Pros:

Rooms are huge and comfortable. The staff are really kind and took the effort to call before our stay. Love the breakfast choices. Vigan longanisa and tapa are a must-try. Appreicate it a lot that when we arrived our rooms are pre assigned and ready according to our request. Thank you. This is my third stay in this hotel.

Unfit for stay

We booked and paid for a delux room expecting comfort and quality but the room conditions made staying uninhabitable . refund requested but denied. Our stay at Paradores De Vigan was unacceptable due to a serious issue with continuous vibration in the room. The vibratation was not minor - it was strong enough to affect my whole body, particular my head and caused me to feel insteady on my feet. This made it extremely difficult to rest or sleep and rendered the room effectively unfit for a proper stay. this is a basic expectation when booking a accommodation espically a delux room. The issue was raised during our stay but was not resolved and no suitable alternative or solution was provided. As a result the experience was significantly impacted and the purpose of the trip was spoiled. Given the severity of the issue and its impact on health and comfort , i did not believe the room met acceptable standards so we left and I am therefore seeking a refund.

Ideal location, wonderful service and generous stay.
Pros:

Outstanding staff and customer service. Princess and team like Bel, Donna, and others were extremely helpful and so easy to work with. They were very friendly and accommodating! Best staff during my stay!

VIGAN ESCAPADE
Pros:

The room was bigger than a regular hotel room with its own kitchenette. Location is near the public market and the bus terminal. Pretty much walkable if you don't have luggage to drag around. The staff were very courteous and helpful. We had a free breakfast on our reservation but they were brought to the room as the hotel does not have a dining facility. Overall, we had a good stay and would definitely recommend!

Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel et la chambre était comme un mini appartement.

Cons:

Il est inacceptable de louer une unité (située au rez-de-chaussée)dont la seule fenêtre donne sur un corridor extérieur de service limité par un haut mur à peine à deux mètres de la fenêtre. Cette situation fait qu’il n’y a pratiquement aucune lumière naturelle qui pénètre dans l’unité. Donc peu importe l’heure de la journée, il fait toujours sombre ! Et comme le petit déjeuner est servi dans l’appartement, ce n’est pas agréable. La photo jointe a été prise le matin d’une journée ensoleillée et dégagée à 09:30 !

It was a relaxing stay.
Pros:

Mostly clean, courteous staff, quiet neighborhood but still near the main areas of town.

Cons:

The bathroom shower head needed to be scrubbed.
Price was quite on the high side, close to prices in Metro Manila.
