Beautiful spa and wellness areas, excellent for relaxation and recharging, enjoyable weekend away.
Pros:

Nice outside pools, variety of jacuzzies, waterfalls, sauna, wonderful relaxation rooms. Very clean pool and spa area. Beautiful breakfast room with huge variety, excellent scrambled eggs and tasty little pancakes, we were just missing fruits. Very nice wellness area with many massage rooms!

Cons:

I had a massage late in the afternoon and really enjoyed the treatment and the overall atmosphere. However, by the time my massage finished, the teapot placed in front of the massage rooms was empty. It would be very nice to be able to sip a cup of tea after a massage, so I would suggest keeping it refilled until the end of the spa’s working hours.

Additionally, in the sauna area there was no water or tea available for hydration. Having at least water (and ideally tea as well) would be a very useful addition to what is otherwise a very nice sauna space. Overall, I had a good experience, and these small improvements would make it even better.

Pros:

Le petit-déjeuner êtres très bien et bon , personnel agréable et sourient.

Cons:

Nous avons u une coupure de courant dans la chambre et ma fille a fini sa douche dans le noir .
Le personnel ne c'est même pas excuser er n'a pas fait de geste commercial. Dommage .

Le petit dej et l idée d avoir accès au bain 1h avant l ouverture

Cons:

Déçu que ce soit que la piscine qui soit ouvert avant l ouverture . J aurais aimé profiter du hammam et du sauna avec moins de monde.

The best thermal baths in Switzerland
Pros:

We absolutely love this hotel – this was our third stay! The location is perfect for relaxation, and the thermal baths are spacious and well-equipped with plenty of amenities. The hotel staff is incredibly kind, and to our surprise, the hotel manager welcomed us with a few thoughtful gestures to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

We will definitely be returning and hope to celebrate many more special occasions here. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Cons:

Fridays afternoon and on vacation days it can be very crowdy at the baths, though still you should find a spot to relax and enjoy the place
