Appartments where you can feel yourself at home! Very close to the beach, in the heart of restaurants and bars area. Tijen is a great host with very personal touch! Highly recommended!

Обычно такие апартаменты для сдачи не делают. Только для себя. Потрясающая комбинация отменной функциональности и утончённого дизайна с вниманием ко всем мелким деталям. Насыщение посудой, бельём, полотенцами, бытовыми приборами и прочим - такое не у каждого дома есть. Расположение выше всяких похвал - в центре шумно гуляющего Калкана, но в каком-то тихом оазисе. Море и порт совсем рядом. Из порта ходят лодки на близлежащие пляжи (от 400 до 600 лир в день). Ресторанов вокруг не сосчитать, какой-то гастрономический рай (только цены в 2 раза выше, чем везде, всё из-за обилия англичан). Тиджен, хозяйка, совершенно прекрасный человек, с которым приятно поговорить в любое время. Каждое утро пекла нам хлеб, вкуснее которого трудно найти. Уезжать не хотелось. Очень рекомендую.
Fantastically located in the Old Town, close to the harbour, shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable, with a lovely outside terrace. Very well equipped, and our host Tejan kindly provided her own sourdough bread and home made jam which were a real treat.
Location was excellent and tijen was an exceptional host who met us made sourdough bread which was the best I ever tasted and homemade jam! She is unbelievable x

Tijen is a super friendly host. She helped us with arranging a transfer from Kalkan to Mahmutlar near Antalya (6 hour trip). She was very kind to our little son, and helpful to find nearby groceries and so on. The apartments are very close to the public beach and nice restaurants in the old town. We enjoyed the balcony as well when the little one was off to bed. Great stay, would come here again.
There really is nothing to dislike. The only we missed was a dustpan/broom (perhaps it was there but we couldn’t find it) to clean up a little bit.
These Aparts are really good and comfortable. There are 2 bathrooms ( we lived in MAXI ) and very equipped kitchen. Apartments were clean and stylish, it was pretty nice to stay there because you have all you need near to you. Besides especially thanks to Tijen, who is the owner of these Aparts. She was very hospitable and cooked fresh bread for us which was impressive. I really recommend this place for everyone. If it’s possible to mark this place 11/10 I’d do it without hesitation
We had a nice holiday 22-28/06/23 at 2 bedroom Smart appartment in the heart of old Kalkan. Company of friends (3 pax). Everything was great: lovely and very friendly host (dear Tijen, regards from "Golden girls"), comfortable bedrooms, living room and spacious terrace and (!!!) the location in 1 min walking distance to the sea (the most important point for us). Highly recommend to everybody!
Excellent! No cannot expect more. Quiet yet close to the center of town and beach. We really enjoyed our stay. The three-bedroom apartment is good for families- value for money.
