Good value for money with forgetable breakfast
Pros:

Comfortable, spacious room. Super kind staff - highlighting Jacob at the reception and the security colleague in charge. 15-20 mins driving to downtown and a bit more to Universal Studios. All in all good value for money.

Cons:

The breakfast, even though it is a kind of food, but absolutely redicioulous from all perspective for a European traveller. (poor, cheap sortiment, plastic cutlery)

前台服务态度特别差，入住当天问了早餐时间，给我们说了错误的时间。屋内和床感觉很潮湿。我们入住两晚，只放了一晚的咖啡和浴巾，第二天早上特意告诉前台，帮我们补充一下咖啡，更换下浴巾，结果却没有任何操作。提供直饮水的地方特别简陋，看起来不太卫生。

No room service, felt like a lodge and not a hotel. Very disappointed from IHG.
Pros:

Breakfast is not good. It's a restaurant to serve for outsiders. Not good for hotel guests. Not clean, unhygienic..

Cons:

No proper breakfast. staff was busy catering to restaurant orders.
