Fint rum, sköna sängar och kuddar, bra parkering utanför. Usel frukost.
Pros:

Sängarna och kuddarna var fantastiska. Även receptionisten som arbetade kvällen den 2 juli 2026 var fantastisk. Mycket bra att det gick att betala med betalkort när man tvättade så man slapp använda quarters. Hotellet var fräscht och rummen fina. Mycket bra med Dove som märke på såväl tvål, body lotion, schampo, balsam och duschcreme. Bra och tryggt med en säkerhetsvakt utanför hotellet.

Cons:

Frukosten ingick i boendet, vilken serverades i restaurangen som var sammankopplad med hotellet, men den var den sämsta frukosten jag upplevt under mina år i USA. Vi fick vänta över 30 min på ägg, bacon och toast och när det väl kom var toasten kall. Då var vi de enda gästerna på restaurangen. En annan morgon bråkade kockarna med varandra öppet framför oss gäster - skrek på varandra och förstörde verkligen frukoststunden. En annan dag var brödrosten sönder så de kunde inte servera toast. Ytterligare en dag fanns det inga knivar till att bre sin toast för då var alla knivar slut. Dessutom blandade de mellan ”buffé” och att beställa från en meny. Båda alternativen var otroligt begränsade. Men en dag fick vi blåbärspannkakor och de var väldigt goda.

Poolen var inte uppvärmd men bubbelpoolen var varm och skön.

Pros:

Extremely comfortable stay. Laundry facilities and the gym were great things to have and housekeeping services were great.

Cons:

The breakfast menu is the same on all days. Got tired of scrambled eggs, bread and juice. The location is a bit far away from most of the places worth visiting but that's LA.

Cons:

The accommodation itself was fine. The problem is with the return of the deposit. We left on 4.6., when we were promised that the deposit would be returned immediately. So far, despite our efforts to communicate with the hotel, this has not happened. The hotel is still blocking my money.

Pros:

Great spot. About $50 Uber to Universal Studios from here. Staff was excellent. Pool was too cold to try for me, but the hot tub was nice and in working condition our entire stay. Laundry on site. I would stay here again.

Cons:

The toilet paper sucks. That was honestly the worst thing.
