Not the quality you normally will get at a Holiday Inn Express (rundown in staff, breakfast)
Pros:

This is not your typical Holiday Inn Express. There is a Chinese restaurant in the lobby, which doesnt belong to the hotel. Breakfast however took place here in the morning: very poor quality. Staff was not that friendly at check in, at breakfast (didnt get a voucher at check in and had to go back to ask it as they didnt want to serve me breakfast). Feels run down and not the quality you normally can expect from a Holiday Inn Express.

Cons:

Staff, breakfast, whole impression in the reception/ lobby area.

I requested for cleaning the room at front desk and I was told they will clean then room.Turned out , they only changed out towels; didn’t even came back to check us. I don’t understand.
