Your room is professionally cleaned and disinfected before arrival. Throughout your stay, we offer room cleaning upon request. If you wish to have your room cleaned, simply let us know at reception. Dorms are cleaned daily.
In accordance with local food hygiene regulations, the kitchen at our hotel can only be used for warming precooked food and storage.
In our shared dormitories, we limit stays to 14 nights, prohibit guests under 18 and pets, and reserve the right to cancel non-compliant bookings.
For bookings of several beds in dorms, we're unable to guarantee accommodation in the same room.

The location was excellent, right next to the station. The check in was easy, there were lockers available for those who forgot a lock, the room and bed were clean and comfortable.
The main downside is that the room needs a key-card to activate the electricity in the room, so when someone leaves with their card, someone else has to put theirs in. This also goes for the chargers (they do not function without a key card). This is very frustrating because if someone removes their key-card at night, phones don't charge. At the very least they should warn guests that this is the case because there's nothing worse than waking up with an uncharged phone when you're traveling.

Good location. Air condition is available at hot weather. It's great place to stay as long as you are careful.
Room has drawer to keep personal belonging, but no lockers in room for luggage. I specifically asked not to clean my bed but cleaners kept cleaning the bed. On last day, my labelled foods were throw away on my check out day as instructed and I was left with no foods to airport. I was at kitchen early morning and foods are gone. Receptionist blamed people eating others foods, but honestly, the foods were definitely throw away not ate by others. The fridge was never this clean. There are definitely communication issue because alot rules were not explained to dorm mate. Kitchen is always dirty and paper towels were out 80% of times and dish detergent were out alot. My dorm mates complaint about the laundry machine, but I did not use it myself.
