Very pleasant place to stay and recharge after a long trip!
Pros:

Owners are very helpful and friendly with good English compared to my bad Spanish. Provided gated parking. Good breakfast. Very clean. Modern rooms. Excellent place! Planned to stay one night, extended that to three.

Nice stay in Punta Arenas
Pros:

The hotel had nice sitting areas with cute artwork, and the room was large, with a very comfortable bed. The staff gave us great restaurant recommendations. The location was close to the center of town, but it's a port city--not particularly scenic and there were a lot of bars nearby that seemed like they would cater to sailors.

Cons:

The breakfast was a little sparse--the staff made us some eggs and there was some bread with cold cuts. The pastries looked old. (We were there in the off season, so maybe there wasn't a lot of effort put into breakfast yet.)

Ubicación. Limpieza y buena atención .
Buen desayuno.

Cons:

Instalaciones antiguas. Mal aislamiento de las piezas con el pasillo principal producto de lo antiguo del recinto.

La limpieza y amabilidad del recepcionista, muy atento. No recuerdo su nombre.

Cons:

Hay un local nocturno cerca, se escucho un poco de ruido tipo 0400 am, pero no es culpa del hotel.

Un agrado
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación. El personal sumamente amable, típico del sur del Chile. La casona es un espacio agradable que en cada habitación (tuve la mía, pero en ocasiones pude observar las otras) tiene un grato ambiente (lo tierno y lindo de los cojines de colibríes), la cama era grande y cómoda, el baño tenía de todo, la calefacción funcionaba perfecto para mantener la temperatura y el desayuno, si bien era continental, sabroso (además te ofrecían pailita de huevo así que presente la proteína)

Cons:

Aunque la ubicación es céntrica (4 cuadras a la plaza), en calle aledaña hay que tener cuidado por zona de borrachos (solo tuve percance en 1 oportunidad, pero es mejor estar atentos)

Quando voltarmos a Punta Arenas vamos retornar para mesmo local.
Pros:

Quarto muito bom. Calefação excelente.

A banheira, chuveiro com cortinas e água derrama para o piso.
