Un agrado
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación. El personal sumamente amable, típico del sur del Chile. La casona es un espacio agradable que en cada habitación (tuve la mía, pero en ocasiones pude observar las otras) tiene un grato ambiente (lo tierno y lindo de los cojines de colibríes), la cama era grande y cómoda, el baño tenía de todo, la calefacción funcionaba perfecto para mantener la temperatura y el desayuno, si bien era continental, sabroso (además te ofrecían pailita de huevo así que presente la proteína)

Cons:

Aunque la ubicación es céntrica (4 cuadras a la plaza), en calle aledaña hay que tener cuidado por zona de borrachos (solo tuve percance en 1 oportunidad, pero es mejor estar atentos)

Quando voltarmos a Punta Arenas vamos retornar para mesmo local.
Pros:

Quarto muito bom. Calefação excelente.

Bien ubicado, cómodo y tranquilo
Pros:

Acogedor, muy cómodo y limpio, mi habitación amplia con baño privado, se descansa muy bien en la cama. El desayuno está genial y te preparan unos huevos revueltos en el momento. Puedes ir paseando a todo el centro y la zona es muy tranquila. La red wifi funciona perfecto @SerxiMendez

Cons:

El personal siempre está atento, aunque no lo veas en la recepción puedes contactar por WhatsApp por ejemplo y resolver cualquier duda.

la verdad es una casa muy linda y acogedora. Calentita dado en el exterior estaba muy frio. Las camas muy cómodas y varias almohadas que se agradecen. La habitación grande amplia y con un armario si quieres ordenar tu ropa. el baño sin ser grande estaba justo con lo que necesitas. Mi único comentario es que la bañera es muy alta, si va una persona de la tercera edad se le complicaría. No fue mi caso.
Desayuno exquisito tiene lo fundamental y hasta paila con huevos nos hicieron. si quieres servirte algo caliente en la noche te dejan acceder a la cocina.
La seguridad del barrio y de la casa tambien es muy buena.
La persona del turno de noche muy amable y encantador. ASI como los dueños.

Cons:

solo por comentar que se escucha bastante el sonido de las otras habitaciónes. pero en ningún caso es un problema.
Es un lugar muy tranquilo se quieres descansar desde temprano que fue nuestro caso.

Conforto, acomodação. Lembrando que fiquei no quarto melhor.

No booking dizia que tinha estacionamento, chegando lá, não tinha lugar para meu carro e disseram que era para deixar na rua que era seguro, piorou ainda mais a situação quando chegou um carro depois do meu e estacionaram no estacionamento interno.
