Pros:

A lovely hotel amongst rural living without the rural experience, no goats or something that sets it apart. Room is decent sized but wasn't cleaned before arriving. Lovely staff Tran I believe is the star, as his manners make it work and English is quite good. Limited dining during shoulder season, or transport options meant Trang stepped up to compensate. Unfortunately the distance to Tam COC and Huang mua made this a difficult to navigate without paying for a tour or grab taxi. So for a short stay whilst being picked up from the hotel you'll be fine. If you prefer everything in walking distance close to the main attractions of Ninh binh you'll choose something else. Good value close to grocery store and fresh food market 500m down the street. However hotel room does not support cooking inside the rooms.

Great stay
Pros:

Such a friendly and helpfull host. Nice clean rooms with Wi-Fi and aircondition. Located a bit away from most tourisme, but with affordable transportation options. Would definitely recommend!

Pros:

This is a near new, family run home stay hotel. It is great value for money in that the rooms are large with a good bathroom. They are in good condition and comfortably appointed. The hosts are very friendly and accomodating and have rental motorbikes on site, The location is a little out of Ninh Binh and Tam Coc so renting a bike is a good option, The area is very quiet for traffic so getting around safely is a breeze, I would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Wonderful stay in Rural Vietnam. Great room, amazing rooftop views. Highly recommend renting a scooter and heading to tam coc early morning.

Great homestay, perfect location
Pros:

Unfortunately we only could stay 1 night, newly build with luxurious furnishings and gorgeous views, left us wishing to stay longer. It is supremely located, being easy to find from the main town but accessible to all surrounding tourist sites.

Very new, nice and extremely helpful hosts
Pros:

The house us totally new snd very well equipped. The family is extremely helpful and Tuan an excellent and very friendly guide. They help you with everything you may need and I 100% recoomend this hotel/ homestay!
