Pros:

Staff super friendly and helpful. Very nice staff. I think that they go the extra mile to make sure you have a good experience. The best thing about staying in the hotel was the staff.

Cons:

The facilities and the room need to be updated. At some point I can tell that the hotel had great facilities, but it seems that time has passed and no updates have been done. Clean but facilities need TLC.

ăn sáng hơi tệ, ít đồ ăn, nhân viên lên đồ chậm, nước dùng bún phở nguội , sáng nay mình ăn tô phở gà nước dùng nguội nên rất tanh. khách sạn cần cải thiện những vấn đề đó thì mình nghĩ là ok

Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful in every way i loved the little Cafe down stairs it was perfect, and breakfast was great with a nice variety. The room was very clean. The beach is a short stroll away and lots of amenities. A must try is bread & butter. It's a bakery cafe. The cakes were devine, only a 2 min walk, and i really did like this hotel.

Cons:

The only downside was the description on booking.com . It had a balcony, which it had a sliding door with a ledge. You could not walk out. This is not classified as a balcony more of a sliding door window. It also said no smoking in the room, which it smelt like smoke.
I am a smoker and did not smoke in the room, but it would have made my stay so much more enjoyable if i could have sat down outside my room.
I did book this hotel thinking it would be perfect to do so. This would not discourage me from coming back.

Vše bylo v naprostém pořádku 🙂 čisté, rozumná cena, pohodlné a klidně ubytování

Cons:

Obsluha si řekla o 5* hodnocení na Google 🙂 dal bych ho i automaticky, ale že si vynutili doslova hvězdičky, ubirám 1 tady

Ms. Hanna or Ms Huong, the receptionist is an asset to the Ritzy hotel. Very helpful, professional and accommodating. Her English skills are very good. She does it all with a nice smile. Thank you, Hanna!
