Every thing is good but despite the payment done by me during booking with Expedia, Hotel again asked me to pay during check in.
Terrible food, very very poorly made - very limited options
Very nice staff, rooms were good but smelly and muggy.
Had a lovely stay, the staff were friendly in particular Pratiba who was very welcoming. The room was clean and spacious with good amenities.
I had an amazing stay at Fairfield Marriott Vishakhapatnam.The hospitality was great and excellent support staff members especially Sayan, Bijay, Kavya, Soma,Swapna, Sonia and Sukhendu.They really guided and helped for even very simple assistant required. Their responses and actions were very quick to you calls which I haven't seen elsewhere. Food, cleaness, atmosphere, ambience at the location all were in good terms.
Amazing customer service by the hotel staff and the restaurant staff. Food was delicious for both room service and the buffet lines.
I always utilise the stay here whenever I'm here in the city.
Great staff very helpful with everything
Wine is ridiculously expensive in India, when asked to bring the cheapest, the waiter deliberately brought the most expensive, twice! That is our only complaint.
Friendly, accommodating staff
The room I took was nice, and the overall hotel was good. The service was exceptional (I checked in at 2am). Heads up, tourists should ensure they have their visa if from abroad.
The room was clean, cool and the bed was excellent. I had a very good rest. The shower was in good working order and nice and large.
The breakfast options were excellent.
The checkout was easy and the same person from 2am was still there with a bright smile.
Small picky details, although the room was nice, make sure you clean handles, mirrors, taps etc... to streak free shine. Dust the cupboard handles and skirtings in the room. Minor detail makes a big difference to some (and most Marriott hotels are really good). Note, still 5 star overall for my needs.
The staff were excellent, and the small memento at the end was a nice touch. I will stay again.when back in the city.

I booked the stay for my parents for their wedding anniversary weekend and they informed me of how excellent the hospitality was and what a good time they had. Thank you so much.
Excellent in everything
This property has poorly designed floors and the pool deck area is dangerous. They have smooth marble or some other smooth material that when you are wet or can be like ice. I feel and injured myself fairly substantially. The hotel gave my family a free lunch and me a massage and said that is all they can do. I'm spending hundreds of dollars due to their negligence aka the manage wouldn't even face me... Just hid in the office like a coward.
Besides their negligence This property is the budget option of 'nice" hotels. Ones on the beach are much better and not that much more expensive. Their is nothing to do around this hotel.
So yourself a favor and guard your health.. Start away from Fairfield inn Visage... And is you get hurt they won't do much. Just give you a 15 dollar lunch and say "so sorry’
