The staff was exceptional!, They helped me change my reservation twice as my circumstances changed. They are warm, welcoming, and helpful!!

Cons:

The AC fan in my room was very loud. Maybe the AC was straining bc it was 100 degrees the days of my visit

Very nice hotel. I felt like an adult. The hotel is modern and comfortable.
