Easy, fun and the staff were extremely helpful. The hotel was very clean and our bed was very comfy
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious. Lots of healthy variety. Tasted very well.

Cons:

That the pool area did not have umbrellas. My spouse did not like activity of cars in the parking lot after 11pm. I mean, it did not bother me. The hotel was safe going in and out at night, but who knows. The staff assured us that our car was safe and that the parking lot is monitored by cameras.

Desk representative was rude and disrespectful

The location and cleanliness of the hotel

Cons:

The desk representative that was there at the time of 10 am on Jan 4th she was very disrespectful just because I wanted to know the company policy of the doors not being open to lobby by 10 am. Manager had to get involved. Situation was solved by manager. But lady still had attitude.
