Desk representative was rude and disrespectful

The location and cleanliness of the hotel

Cons:

The desk representative that was there at the time of 10 am on Jan 4th she was very disrespectful just because I wanted to know the company policy of the doors not being open to lobby by 10 am. Manager had to get involved. Situation was solved by manager. But lady still had attitude.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay . We found the place a good location near the expressway
Pros:

The king bed very comfortable the room extremely clean . The complementary breakfast very nice with wonderful breakfast selections (varying fruit selection, cereal pancakes )

Pros:

The hotel itself is great. Clean rooms, attentive staff, and delicious convenient breakfast. Only thing it’s near a La Quinta that shares the same parking lot. The demographic from La Quinta are truck drivers and people that smoke weed. It’s near a corner of a gas station that brings homeless guest in the beginning of the parking lot which is off putting. Other than that it’s not the hotels fault and it’s wonderful in there.

Pros:

Hotel was clean and front desk staff friendly. However, I had no hot water in the bathroom (took a lukewarm shower) and there was some sort of loud party happening all evening Friday.
Breakfast was as expected for this hotel.
