Cons:

Здравствуйте, нас не ждали в отели. Заселили все таки по брони, но попросили уехать утром. Нас встречал не дружелюбный персонал. Пожилые люди, которые не могли ничего объяснить и нас понять. Мужчина вотще был в домашней одежде и с голым торсом. Такой сервис не соответствует цене отеля. Завтрак тоже не понравился, суп фо из пакетов

Comfortable, quiet, clean... just what you need after a day exploring HCM
Pros:

Very clean, quiet despite central location, lovely staff, amazing breakfast options. Location was great and walkable to park, coffee, shops, restaurant, and easy to get to other places via Grab. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay, fantastic breakfast, quiet, comfortable room and bed

Best budget hotel in Ho Chi Minh City
Pros:

Very quite, no noisy street frontage. Very clean, comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet was basic, but very good. Close proximity and walking distance to War Remnants Museum and Water Puppet show. Staff, in particular Madam Huong were very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

I couldn't fault anything. One of the best value hotels we have ever stayed at in Asia. Will definately stay there again next time in Hi Chi Minh City

Exceptional value for money
Pros:

Extremely happy with this booking. High rating for this place reflected in my experience. I’ve booked several rooms for my friends who’ve come for my wedding. Ms Lan is very responsive on WhatsApp. Rooms are very clean. Good amenities. Staff is very helpful. The usual breakfast is at 7am, we had to leave HCMC for the wedding earlier so Ms Lan first agreed to prepare the breakfast by 6.30am, then she told the staff will prepare the breakfast by 6.15am. That was an immense support. One friend couldn’t come, his room I booked through the hotel as it was a last minute confirmation. Unfortunately, he couldn’t come, and I happened to mention this to Ms Lan in a different conversation. To the much of my surprise, she herself told she’ll return the money. Maybe it was easier for her as it was a direct booking. She’s a genuine person and I’d pick this place any given time. Location is very convenient. Many restaurants are nearby. If you’re vegetarian, there’s a vegetarian restaurant in 2 minutes walk. Many coffee shops. War museum is 600m away. A park and many other attractions, Nguyen Trai shopping street also very nearby.

Excellent property, close to some wonderful cafes and food options.
Pros:

Terrific location, set back from the noise of the road. Clean and comfortable. Airconditioning was great and in good working order (not noisy). Staff were all lovely.

A delightful place to stay close by everything
Pros:

Great location in District 3 and will definitely stay here again. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast and really friendly and helpful staff.

Pros:

Les chambres et les parties communes sont très biens, le petit déjeuner est très bon, les employés de l'hôtel sont très gentils et la localisation est plutôt bonne également (au calme et assez proche du centre)

Cons:

Le prix d'un check-out retardé est un peu élevé

Nothing to add, staff were lovely.

Everything was good, the room was spotless, everything worked fine and was clean. Extremely good value for money.
