Pros:

Милый, семейный отель. Красивый ремонт, удобная мебель, просторные номера с балконами . Завтраки очень вкусные, приготовленные с душой, сок свежевыжатый, кофе из кофемашины, эклеры, это редко встречается! По любому вопросу помогут! Очень тихий двор , напротив красивый индокитайский ресторан, до центра 20 минут пешком через красивый парк.

Cons:

Небольшое замечание по электророзеткам около кровати на стенах -плохо держат зарядки для телефона , но за телевизором есть удобный тройник.

Very good accommodation experience
Pros:

Very pleasant, helpful staff; clean, well equipped room; tasty breakfast. Very well located in less busy District 3, but easy 15-minute walk into markets and shopping centres. Lots of good coffee and food options near hotel.

Extremely value for money
Pros:

Extremely happy with this booking. High rating for this place reflected in my experience. I’ve booked several rooms for my friends who’ve come for my wedding. Ms Lan is very responsive on WhatsApp. Rooms are very clean. Good amenities. Staff is very helpful. The usual breakfast is at 7am, we had to leave HCMC for the wedding earlier so Ms Lan first agreed to prepare the breakfast by 6.30am, then she told the staff will prepare the breakfast by 6.15am. That was an immense support. One friend couldn’t come, his room I booked through the hotel as it was a last minute confirmation. Unfortunately, he couldn’t come, and I happened to mention this to Ms Lan in a different conversation. To the much of my surprise, she herself told she’ll return the money. Maybe it was easier for her as it was a direct booking. She’s a genuine person and I’d pick this place any given time. Location is very convenient. Many restaurants are nearby. If you’re vegetarian, there’s a vegetarian restaurant in 2 minutes walk. Many coffee shops. War museum is 600m away. A park and many other attractions, Nguyen Trai shopping street also very nearby.

Peaceful and friendly
Pros:

Beds were great and room and bathroom well appointed and air con working well and TV also easy to use. Breakfast was lovely plenty of choice, pho, breads, eggs etc cooked for you and lovely selection of fruit. Staff were so friendly and location is great - so quiet and close to lovely coffee and the Tao Dan park which is lovely for a stroll.

Da simpatia das pessoas sempre disponíveis para ajudar, da localização e da limpeza.

Sendo mais higiénicos não gosto que os quartos dos hotéis não sejam alcatifados em virtude dos ruídos de arrastar móveis dos apartamentos superiores e que podem complicar muito uma noite e foi o que aconteceu, com vizinhos pouco atenciosos do apartamento superior.
