The night club and late bar is only open on Saturday nights. Guests get complimentary access to both. The late bar is over 21s and has a cocktail bar.

Mens toilets in major need of repair and upgrade, lits of mould in the gents toilet. Small bathroom, dated decor

Not the property was ok
Very dated and had to approach staff to get anything
Staff, food, wine, cleanliness, room was excellent, location. Bathroom & shower. I spoke to several members of staff and security personnel from 11:00pm to about 3:30am several times who were sympathetic, professional and tried to solve the problems. Also as I was checking out I made a full report to 2 staff who were extremely nice and understanding.

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! Loud throbbing Bass and Drum Beat until 2:30am then very loud and boisterous next door residents from 3am to about 4:30 or 5:00am.
I was to attend an event the next morning and planned an early start but couldn't go because I did not get to sleep until after 5:00am. This was a waste of an entire day as I traveled from Athlone and just had to go back home after check out.

Could hear alot of noise outside and cars screeching around the place no fault of the hotel of course when you live out in the country hard to adjust to noise I still slept well 😴 😉
I booked to stay there as a solo female for work. The place was full of old men one of them heckled me in the bar area. The place seems to be used as emergency shelter and I did not feel safe there I paid €240 for two nights and left after the first one because I felt so anxious and uneasy in what was a very shabby environment. The staff were lovely and did their best when I met them first but that place is not being run like a hotel and it should not be charging hotel prices and those who are being advertised to on your site should be aware that it is not a normal functioning hotel.
