Our stay was great. The staff is very very helpful. They set up transportation for us everyday and gave us great advice on when to go to places. The food was good. The only reason they didn’t get 5 star was the cleanliness. The carpet in the halls was stained and dirty. They need to get a little more particular with cleaning. But I highly recommend the hotel it’s in a great area and the customer service is 5 star.

Wow, what a place to stay. All the employees were very polite and professional. The breakfast buffet had a great variety that we enjoyed. The hotel is located in the middle of a shopping district. Great variety of restaurants and stores.

Better Experience Elsewhere for this Price Point
Pros:

The hotel itself is situated in the center of Cayala which made it easy to navigate. However, the restroom door does not close all the way and it made it uncomfortable for everyone to use the restroom as you can see when someone is sitting on the toilet. The shower door also didn't close all the way so a lot of water and ended up leaking out. The elevators shut off and you can get stuck for up to 30 minutes depending on how long it takes for staff to reset it. The staff was amazing. They were so helpful and courteous. The only reason I would come back is for the staff.
