Furniture, cleanliness, ambience

Cons:

I booked a sute room for 5 hoping 5 th person can sleep in the sofa bed but the mattress is so broken that we can't use it. I had to sleep on the floor.. There was no extra comforter also.

My husband and I enjoyed the stay
Pros:

the comfort was excellent, the breakfast was great, the staff was friendly with the exception of checking in, I was unexpectedly charged $20.00 per night; and then during checkout, I was told that I should have never been charged an additional fee that my third party booking.com will bill me and give me a receipt.

Cons:

I was surprised when the receptionist said that there was a $20.00 daily fee using my charge card for the transaction.

Great location, good breakfast selection and food was plentiful with good coffee. Only suggestion is to add peanut butter to condiments. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Also plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.

Cons:

Hotel just did not smell fresh. Although pretty clean, it could definitely benefit from a deeper cleaning routine in rooms that leave behind a light and fresh scent.
