Pros:

Сам номер был чистый. Холодильник был на столько заморожен, что лед вышел наружу и приморозил дверь. Его видимо ни разу не отключали и не мыли. Номер был забронирован на 4 человека. Белье и все принадлежности были на 3 человека. Каждый раз приходилось спускаться на ресепшен чтоб уладить ту или иную проблему. По спальным местам номер тоже не рассчитан на 4 человека. Зачем указывать и давать его как на 4, не понятно

расположение

Cons:

все платное, даже ложка для обуви платная..нет элементарно ватных дисков/палочек, окна пропускают ветер и шум, невозможно было спать, хотя выходили во двор, не на дорогу.

Pros:

Хороший, удобный, современный отель с близким расположением к аэропорту. Персонал очень дружелюбный, отзывчивый и заботливый.

Cons:

Минусы скорее для улучшения обслуживания.
1. Плохая термо-шумоизоляция в номере 415. Из окна сифонило так, что было слышно что твориться на улице.
2. Слив в душе иногда не работает. Вода застаивается.
3. Чайник греет 5 минут, затем отключается не доводя до кипения.
4. Зеркало в ванной далеко. Не видно свое лицо, когда бреешься.
5. На завтраке обломался с овсянкой. В кастрюле были длинные женские волосы.






Возможно только мне так повезло с номером. )))

Все отлично было

Cons:

Расположение номера на втором этаже с окнами в коридор над входной группой - это плохое расположение. В коридоре моргала лампочка и мешала спать - это раз. Было душно в номере и открывать окна в пыльный коридор… Такое себе. Это два.
