We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book this hotel again!
Pros:

The room was updated and comfortable. The person who checked us in was wonderful! She found that our room was ready, so she allowed us to check in early! She gave a thorough overview of the amenities and was so friendly and welcoming!

Cons:

The breakfast was just OK, but we are always grateful to be offered a continental breakfast with a room reservation.

The room was supposed to be cleaned every other day. When our second day came, the room was not cleaned. When we asked why, the person at the desk said that the cleaning people said that there was a do not disturb sign on the door. This is not true. At no time during our stay did we put a sign on the door. The next day the room still wasn't cleaned, so we told the person at the desk, and they had to call someone to clean. It is way too difficult to get a clean room at this hotel.

Pros:

This property is well-kept and managed. It's been recently renovated so everything about it is lovely. The location is very convenient to a variety of food, shopping and major throughfares, but is also safe, quiet, ample parking and has a walking path. Staff is responsive and very helpful. Breakfast is what you would expect from Hampton, yet it would be nice to have more variety than the same baked goods, fruit (bananas, please), flavors of yogurt, etc. every day - I was there for three days. I also missed the usual hardboiled eggs as did others asking for them. Other than that, this location will be my go-to when I visit my mom in the area (I have stayed at two other Hampton Inn locations nearby).

Nice quiet and comfortable.

Cons:

Not enough towels, 1 bath towel. For a 2 night stay, we were able to request for more.
