Not great
Pros:

They were unable to use the corp. cc that made the reservation. Annoying but I let that pass. Room was humid and ac seemed to not work well. Tv would not turn on. Desk clerk came up. I suggested she could move me to another room b/c I suspected the ac was less than functional. Moved down the hall. Showered the road off me. No shampoo! Doh! Sat on toilet and saw blood smear on the wall next me. I’m no longer able to cut this place for further brakes. I’d say there’s enough issues here to avoid this particular facility. I wish I could figure out a way to know which places to avoid, but I haven’t yet.

Pros:

The gentleman in the breakfast area was very friendly he also made sure everything was well stocked. the ladies at the front desk were very friendly and polite. The housekeepers were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The pillows in the room were very flat and not very comfortable even when using 3. I wish there were vending machines on the floors for more of a convivence.

The location was convenient for my needs. The reception staff were polite and helpful, and the breakfast area was spacious.

Cons:

There was a persistent, strong odor in the room that smelled like cleaning spray or air freshener; unfortunately, it didn’t dissipate during our stay despite leaving the fan on. Additionally, the bright white lighting felt quite cold and kept the space from feeling relaxing.
