I had the displeasure of arranging a corporate stay at this establishment for my colleagues, a decision I now deeply regret. Despite my proactive efforts to secure a proper tax invoice through every conceivable channel prior to arrival, the hotel proved utterly incapable of fulfilling this basic requirement.
The management/reception saw fit to deflect responsibility onto Booking.com, who—quite rightly, in my view—maintain that the obligation to issue the receipt lies solely with the service provider. What followed was a masterclass in lethargy; despite half-hearted attempts from the booking.com and numerous direct inquiries from my side, the hotel met our pleas with a wall of stony silence.
This administrative failure is not merely a nuisance; it has resulted in a financial loss of nearly $5,000, as the lack of a valid invoice renders the expense unaccountable. To describe the service as 'substandard' would be a generous understatement. It is profoundly disappointing to see such a complete disregard for professional conduct from a Hilton-branded property. One would expect a modicum of competence, yet we were met with nothing but negligence.

Location was great for visiting my son and his family in Needham. Have stayed here for several weeks each year for the past 5 years. Free breakfast is always great and the staff keeps hotel in excellent condition.

I recently stayed at the Hilton in Needham and was disappointed with several aspects of the experience. Room service is not available 24 hours, and when it is available, the quality of service feels far from professional. Basic requests took longer than expected, and the overall attention to detail just wasn’t there.
Breakfast was another letdown. The selection was very limited, the food quality felt cheap, and even the coffee was noticeably low grade — not what you’d expect from a Hilton-branded property. For the price of the stay, the overall value simply wasn’t reflected in the service or amenities.
This hotel needs to significantly improve its food quality, service standards, and overall guest experience.

Conveniently located to Boston Ballet in Newton, friendly staff, well equipped rooms with appliances that made it "homey", comfy beds, and a fabulous breakfast! I absolutely loved the pork carnitas!!! Great idea!
