Toujours un bon rapport qualité/prix et un personnel très à l'écoute.
Pros:

Très bien dans l'ensemble comme d'habitude. Seul le petit dejeuner est moins bien que les autres etablissements de la marque.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner, peu de choix, pas de micro-onde et café souvent froid.

Breakfast was very good.
Pros:

Our room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The only problem we encountered was with the shower.
We came back around midnight and when I used the shower, it would not cool down, it was set to hot water. I tried adjusting the temperature, but the water only got hotter. The shower knob was not properly set to regulate the temperature.

Receptionist Thomas was very helpful and accommodated us right away by moving us to another room. He was very nice and helpful.

All in all we had a nice stay and appreciated the staff friendliness.
Pros:

The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast items varied. The gym was always clean. I also liked that the hotel was dog friendly. It made traveling with our pets easy.

Cons:

The pillows were a bit on the flat side but the staff quickly got us bigger pillows which made our sleep better.

Bring your own ring camera to protect your vehicle!
Pros:

The desk clerk was very empathetic and at least helped giving us water and asking the "GM" for a rate discount since we could not leave on time.

Cons:

The GM should of spoke to our concerns when our vehicle was stolen from the rear no exit lot. We had to find our way to the correct police department, I guess this Hilton has a policy to not get involved? We asked the desk clerk on several occasions to see the camera video so we could share it with LVMPD. We were told to wait in our room and the GM would come see us but NO such luck. And since we could not leave, we asked for a room comp and the GM approved 50% off. We get our rooms comped for gambling, but not for grand theft?
