Homewood Suites is my favorite hotel. I will be returning.
Pros:

The property was in a good location. Free parking on site. The facility is clean. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is always good. I always enjoy my stay at Homewood Suites. The only complaint that I have is that the mattresses could be more comfortable. The mattresses are just too soft.

Cons:

The mattresses are too soft. All the Homewood Suites should upgrade their mattresses.

Pros:

Very friendly staff and overall clean and quiet place. Super close to everything you need including Target. We we were able to check in early and breakfast was nice.

Pros:

Nothing pre paid, and they couldn't put me in a room or help with getting a refund I had to jump thru hoops to get my money back supposably im getting a refund haven't received it yet and on top.of that had to find another place to stay after driving 6 hrs hilton this is the second time I've had major issues with yall and I'm done staying at any hilton from here out.

The stay was overall was wonderful beside the air quality.
Pros:

The fax was not working and my girlfriend had a rough experience from being too hot in room. Overall the staff was wonderful as usual and I had wonderful time. Just the issues with room being to hot and the her being uncomfortable

The young lady that checked me in, Victoria, I believe was incredibly polite and welcoming, she truly made me feel like she was glad I was there.

My stay started off disappointing but tried to make the best of it.
Pros:

I liked the location and the neatness of the lobby

Cons:

When arrived after check-in prior to my arrival my room was not clean. There were sheets on the couch, pillows on the floor, bed unmade, and wet towels in the shower. Then desk staff was very apologetic and moved us to another room. When checking out we brought it to the attention of the morning staff and manager.
