Fabulous location for those planning to take the Cascades train.
Pros:

Location, Location, Location. We had a large group of people who wanted to catch the train to Vancouver but also see Seattle. We had a very comfortable stay and this property is just across the street to the train station and an easy walk to many key spots in downtown Seattle.

Rooms were good, staff was great. Prices and nickel and diming customers was predatory

Location was solid for what we were there for, walkable to most things down town.

Cons:

I was quoted $435 through bookings.com, Then I requested an early check in, never heard back about it, but was said they could if available then magically when we arrived it was $35 for earlier check in, so were stuck paying for that, then somehow my total bill was $510 plus.

Crazy to think an expensive hotel like that will nickel and dime customers to death. No wonder luxury is going by the wayside, whos paying those prices to be nickel and dimed.

Good but rude to kids
Pros:

Room and location was nice, front desk person was kind

Cons:

Parking cost is ridiculous, mostly... my kids were treated extremely rudely and then brushed off. That is not acceptable.

Wonderful hotel
Pros:

Location was good. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

There was an Alexa in the room with a camera pointed at our bed. I brought my concerns to the staff and they couldn't be bothered with me. The manager came to speak with me about it not being disclosed to us upon checking in and her along with other staff pointed and laughed at us as we left the hotel. Very disappointing. We had planned to make this our new Seattle hotel as we come often. After how we were treated, I doubt we will. The hotel was beautiful, but the staff should have better training on how to handle customer concerns appropriately. As someone who has worked in HR a long time, I would have fired both employees on the spot. I was appalled and the hotel should be embarrassed at how we were treated.

Fantastic customer service
Pros:

I worked with Victoria S. to secure a location for a business event and she provided exceptional service! From her quick response times to working creatively with me to fit within my budget, I can't say enough about how refreshing it was to work with her. I highly recommend the Embassy Suites by Hilton, conveniently located near the stadium, King Street Station, and fabulous restaurants.

Hotel was very convenient (adjacent) to Amtrak station and across the pedestrian walkway from the Light Rail (for 30 minute rail directly into the airport). A quick walk to Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park. Close to restaurants and piers - less than a mile walk to Pike Market.
Property was very clean and updated. Heather (from Cincinnati) was friendly and super generous to us. Corner room on 17th floor with views into Lumen Field and the bay/city. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom nicely appointed. Nothing we didn’t like about our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel.
