Large room and breakfast.

Cons:

The hotel is decent. The area in front of the elevator on the 7th and 8th floor were dirty. Lots of crumbs. The room was okay. I paid less the last time we stayed in a single room and the view and room were much better. The King suite is extremely plain. I feel like the hotel has went down in quality since the last time we stayed. It looks a little unkept.

Close to Amtrak and excellent, comfortable room
Pros:

The welcome was genuine.
I asked for an upgrade and moved up to a two room suite. It was only me, but I deserved it.
The bed was very comfortable, room temperature was ideal for sleeping and the shower had very good water pressure.
I chose this hotel due to its proximity to the Amtrak station.
Thank you, I will stay here again.

The Bed was very comfortable and the shower was the perfect size.
Pros:

The manager Natalie partnered with us to resolve a billing matter that concerned us. Natalie resolved the issue as a win/win for both parties.

Cons:

We weren’t very happy with quality of food or service at the restaurant on the premises. The service was slow and the final bill was inaccurate by almost double what the price should have been. We arrived in the evening which is why we were unable to have time to explore and enjoy the amenities offered by the hotel.
