Close to railway station.
Noisy at night. Car revving up and racing up the street.
Despite the obnoxious strikers we enjoyed our stay! it was minutes from stadium and World Cup Game.
The breakfast offered a little of something for everyone. The Restaurant Coins greeter could use an attitude adjustment.
I have worked with the public over 40 yrs now and understand Thursday nights can be busy but please treat me as I would treat you ....smile, use the word -sorry and how can I make this scenario better for you.

Breakfast was good.
The dispenser in the room was not filled; the t.v. was not working initially; there was plumbing noise in the room. The next morning we could not access the room. The acting manager gave us another key and it still did not work. Then maintenance was sent up and changed the battery on the lock. Little to nothing concern from the "acting" manager.

I highly recommend this property in the heart of pioneer square You can get everywhere easily from here and it’s much nicer than a regular embassy suites It feels more lux/premium. Mike is a fantastic GM, and you can tell he really cares about guests.
Such great service, coffee shop was great, spilled my coffee and Mark was so gracious cleaning up my mess.

The breakfast, happy hour and location was fabulous. You looked after our luggage which was greatly appreciated.
The first time we stayed there the phone next to the bed kept lighting up and kept me awake. The room was a little too dark.
From the first phone call with Alex, to checking in with Una, and all the way through checkout; this was one of the Absolute Best experiences ever!
Whoever is leading this staff is absolutely knocking it out of the park! From the manager to the maintenance crew, whether in passing or in direct conversation, there is a level of genuine care that is palpable.
The hotel is stunningly well designed with amazing views from the 21st floor. Inviting room layouts and smart features make it easy to feel at home and we'll taken care of.
Well worth the price! I've spent more other places and received far less especially since we were right across from the stadium.
We took the free waterfront buses to and from Pikes Place Market. We could have walked or got an Uber but the buses ran so often that there was no need.
Overall, one of the best stays! Nowadays, most places hit only 3 of the 5 crucial parts for an excellent stay. 1) Cleanliness, 2) Friendly/helpful Staff, 3) Low Noise Level, 4) Helpful Amenities, and 5) Building/Room Layout.

The protesters so very early in the morning waking everyone up.
En route to Vancouver Island with a stay in Seattle and having a great experience at Embassy Suite on S King - shout out to the wonderful folks at the front desk and Terra at Zephyr bar for being so welcoming and engaging. Highly recommended for service quality and our room os immaculate.
