Our stay was not perfect but felt safe and like the issues were not a big deal
Pros:

Comfortable bed - clean bathroom- thermostat that works well

Cons:

Remote was visibly dirty - no channels could be easily located for kids so didnt use tv - blinds wall button does not work - lamps had visible dust layering

With the exception of Carrie, a very positive experience.
Pros:

I was in town for trial and the room was great! I loved having my work space separate from my sleeping space. The breakfast was great, although sometimes it was a bit skimpy because there were a bunch of military people there. Latricia did an excellent job of keeping my room neat and clean, and she was so friendly! Vincent was very friendly as well. Most of your staff were quite good!

Cons:

The microwave in my room didn't work. I called the front desk and Carrie was NOT helpful at all. In fact, she was rude. I ended up having to switch rooms and a few minutes after my call she came to my room and said, "How quickly will you be out of this room?" Rude! I was already packing and she saw that. I wouldn't have had to change rooms if the microwave was working, or if she could have told me when a new one would arrive. She has no problem-solving skills. No one offered me any kind of compensation for the inconvenience.
