Location is Excellent Easily reachable.
Attitude of staff is was not supportve and not even one water bottle was given in room and no proper requirements in room as other hotels do

Location and ease of access made it an efficient location to book. Close to the freeway and midpoint from 2 locations in Washington that we had to visit while here.
The bed was probably the biggest ache out of the entire stay. The cheap mattress on steel stilts was an interesting combination. The sleeping options reminded me of my 18 yo self back in my basic training days in the military. The facility was somewhat clean, at least for the most part until you sit around long enough and start noticing the baseboards, the towels, tub, sink. Looks like a quick wipe down and called it a day. The biggest critique would be when its finally time to sleep, and you can literally hear 360 degrees in the room. The stomping upstairs, the chair dragging from the room across from you, or the toilet flushing from the room right next to you. If you are a light sleeper be sure to take your melatonin earlier and at a stronger dose.
Location is good.
Place is on budget. Very overpriced for the amenities. They offer the least amount of everything (attendance at front desk, room service, towels, soap, shampoo etc). Bathroom had hair and floors were not clean.

Clean comfortable. First floor was nice with the dogs.
Noisy, not sure where it was coming from.
The bed was not comfortable, and didn’t have enough blankets. I was awaken early by a barking dog a couple of rooms down the hall. There was no coffee in the room.

Not informed about keyboard inserted for room lighting. Had to stumble on this ourselves.

They put me in a room who was smelling so bad to cigarettes when I asked for a non smoking room, i complain with the front desk she told me I would get a refund but I didn’t get one so bad service
