The location.
The staff was unfriendly. Our refrigerator went out and all of our food went bad and the staff blamed us for not calling them at 2am. They never offered anything to us to try and make it right. We had to take out our own trash to the dumpster and we had to wait hours to get clean towels. They was also never anyone at the front desk and you had to call over and over before someone would come to help you.
It is a very weird place in a weird location.
I booked and it said I could check in till 12am and wasted 160 on it when I went it was closed and now I have to pay that fee
The location was great easy to find and had a great restaurant " The Pomegranate Bistro" withing walking distance. The free parking was great. The public areas and room was very clean.
We had only a straight backed chair and an Awful recliner in our room. The recliner was vinyl but was ripped and the vinyl was torn off in places, I finally put our bath towel in it so I could sit down. The bed was so close to the wall on my side that i had to squeeze in sideways in order to go to bed. The bed could not be moved away from the wall because of the nightstand on the other side.

No cancelation allowed thru hotel or booking.com. Came as a surprise to me. Now I know. Unhappy with that aspect. Understand now.
Overall, I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel. The location is excellent, with plenty of nearby conveniences, and the property was clean throughout. The room was well-equipped with a small induction stove, cookware, plates, and utensils, which made it easy to prepare simple meals.
The staff were friendly and helpful, although they were often quite busy. Parking was plentiful and convenient. I also appreciated the secure building access, which requires a room key to enter.
The front desk is only physically staffed during certain hours. Although Booking.com indicated payment would be made at the property, the hotel attempted to charge my card the day before arrival and required payment before the 3:00 PM check-in time.
If you need fresh towels, you must exchange your used ones at the front desk. We checked out at 3:00 AM for an early flight and dropped our room keys through the little opening of the front desk window since the front desk was closed. We tried calling the hotel using the lobby phone and messaging through the booking app, but received no response. Even a simple acknowledgment would have been appreciated. Also, breakfast is not offered, only coffee is available, and it's not provided 24/7.

Location just by Wholefoods. And easy to get on the highway. Close to Bellevue. Will stay again
